I had high expectations for Dunkin', but my recent visit to the 5201 Farm-to-Market 1488, Magnolia, TX 77354 location was underwhelming. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the ambiance lacked the cozy charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.
