We use this location at least once a week for both ice cream,coffee,and doughnuts....sometimes the service is better than others but they are usually really busy and the place is always clean....we really like it

The only DD I will go to in town, they are so friendly. It's always nice to come out of the drive through with a smile on my face:) Britt is my absolute favorite. Being a retail manager for 3 years I know help like her is hard to find! Thanks for all the smiles and my great coffee guys. Xoxo

I go every so often and if they are human and make a mistake I just ask they fix it. They are very nice and they always correct the issue at hand. It pays to be kind everyone is human and yes all of us make mistakes now and again! I love DD coffee

Excellent customer service! Love dunkin donuts, easy place to get in and out of, lots of parking. Everything was fresh, and the order was perfect.

There can be improvements..... The bathroom could use a better cleaning more often. I visit everyday for their coffee and noticed the bathrooms have not changed even when it comes to the toilet. Sometimes we order and wait. After waiting and watching others get their orders we have to ask and show our receipt only for them to say they forgot or thought another person was working on it. They do have some friendly staff, eager to serve and help though. I have not had an issue thus far with any of the food items though.

Customer service is great...on the go is phenomenal in the morning but in the afternoon it sucks. I sent in the order just to go through drive through for them to repeat it to me get to the window and watch them make it. Mind you they have no customers but 1 or 2.

Coffee is always fast and tastes great. Went with my 3 y/o and friend to catch up. They were so sweet to my son and made sure he got his donut and chocolate milk. My biggest complaint is there is not much sitting room. It’s always crazy busy and the facility is so small, it can’t handle the volume. Also, the bathroom could use some more attention.

Went through the drive thru, ordered hot chocolate, a coffee and a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap, I received my drinks they pulled me forward and it took them 15 minutes to come out and ask me if I was waiting for something, almost five minutes later he comes out with two wake up wraps and two glazed donuts, and apologized, I just think it was uncalled for that I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a wrap!

Thanks for only giving me half of my drink. I thought my medium cup of hot chocolate felt a little light, I didn't realize you only fill up half and charge full price. Thanks :)

I am only giving a 2 star because it is never the coffee or foods I purchased here. The service is not good at all. Today I went through drive through, was asked to pull up to wait for my Macchiato and 10 minutes later Kids screaming, me without my coffee. It would take to long to write the many bad experiences I have had at this Western Blvd Dunkin Donuts. It is apparent that the owner cares more for his bottom line than he does his customers. I will from this day on go out of my way to go to another Dunkin Donuts.

I am currently sitting in here and been here for about an hour or more as I do every Saturday morning. The front is not the best. Everyone that has order including myself and my sister has had a problem with their order. There's has been a small hot chocolate sitting on the counter for the last 30 minutes. The young lady on the register next to the coffee could use a customer service class. You have 2 manager on the drive thru which one should definitely be on the front line. There's a box and 2 pitcher sitting on the pick up side that customers and employees are reaching over. You have 10 or more employees and the line in the front are long with a wait. Femle manager is rude when calling order out.This place needs some overhaul from home office.

Got a dozen donuts and coffee from the Western Blvd location this morning, only to find that the donuts were stale, and my husband found a piece of paper towel in his coffee. Called them, and the person who answered told me I could return them if I want. Didn't really want to drive out there, but who's going to drink coffee with foreign objects in it. Get there and the manager was so rude. What I don't get with these people is, do they think we're trying to get free donuts. I paid for them, so after taking my money, the very least they could do is apologize, if not for the stale donuts, got the fact that the coffee was unsanitary!!!

Worst customer service of any coffee or ice cream place. Wanted to take my daughter for ice cream for being brave at the doctor and we stood, waiting, for ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. I understand being busy, but don't skip over and dismiss customers just because they're not getting coffee. Whoever was in charge helped me, but was snappy, rude, rolled her eyes, and was dismissive. I had the nerve to ask about a birthday cake for my daughter. She hurriedly told me, with a tongue click attitude, that it depends on what kind of cake, size, shape. Obviously, but she didn't give me a chance to give any details before she rushed away. If you're looking for good customer service, don't come here. If you're wanting to be blown off and treated like a nuisance, be my guest.

Terrible lines, unorganized, poorly managed. They need to spend one rush hour in ny so they can see what efficient looks like. And if you are going to have attitude let be becuase you are that good (you are not). They like 15 people behind thr counter all with their heads cutoff. You can handle it with four just stick to the assembly line. It took 30 mins for a medium coffee black.

Nasty iced coffee pepermint flavor made me want to throw up tried to just exchange for another flavor same size etc and they refused they where going to make me pay for a whole new one i have never had this issue but it highly pissed me off i wont be back i will go where I know my business is good this place sucks in jville and they had the worst attitude as well very poor customer service

My cold brew iced coffee tastes like water with a spoonful of coffee in it. It's disgusting! I'm so disappointed. I paid $4 for nasty flavored water. We will see how their customer service is when I let them know what happened...

If there was a lower star I would give it that. The staff there was rude talking about another customer while everyone else was in line. The dounts were old an tasted horrible. The donut case looked a mess. I have worked at a dunkin before an Iknow your spouse to pull from the back an keep your case looking full an fresh. I will never go back to this dunkin again. The smoothie i got tasted like water had no flavor period. It was all around a horrible experience

If I had the option to not give these people any stars , I'd choose that . I've been to this location twice , and that will be all . The first time the customer service was despicable. I received an immediate attitude from the girl at the window , and my order was wrong. I figured well maybe I just caught the place on A bad day , so two days ago I went to give it another shot as any decent person would... And again , pretty sure it was even the same girl , I just ordered a bagel cause I couldn't find my card , then I did & I proceeded to ask for two more doughnuts .. She didn't hear me so I mentioned it at the window & it was like I ruined her whole day ... Instantly got an attitude . I will never be coming back & neither will my friends and family members . Needs new staff & clearly management .

I didn't want to give a star because not one of the employees shined. Rude, unpleasant and just never a good stop. Take a few extra minutes to drive to the marine blvd location. Idk why but there is a huge difference in customer service and staff.
