If you're ever in Port Isabel, Texas 78578, you've got to check out Gely'S Cafe Pi. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.
