Always late For delivery I love supporting local businesses but I tried!!!! I don’t think it’s too much to ask to have your delivery on time and hot!!!☹️

We have been ordering delivery from George's for about a year now and they used to be great, in particular I always looked forward to the fried calamari. In the past few months their standards seem to have really dropped. We have consistently had problems with long delivery times and cold food being delivered as if they are waiting for more orders to come in before they'll send the driver out. Tonight we received a meal that was cold again and fried calamari that was sitting for so long that the breading was very soggy. I decided to call the restaurant about the issue, but was met with complete indifference from the man who answered the phone. I will not be ordering from George's again and suggest you find a different Italian restaurant who cares about the quality of their food and the happiness of their customers.

Ordered delivery twice this week. The mushroom ravioli tasted good but had only four. For the price, they should go to six. Drowned in Alfredo sauce as well. Tonight, one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Took one hour & fifteen minutes to get (which was inconvenient but not a deal breaker), cold, looked as if the beef topping added was thrown on at the last minute, WAY too much crust, and again, not worth the price. Delivery drivers courteous, as always. My opinion, if the word “pizza” is in the name of your business, you should have outstanding pizza. Unfortunately, there are few options in this town. Had I known the pizza would be so lousy, I would’ve called Dominos for two, better quality pies for less than what I was charged.

It was ok. Pizza was good. Salad had brown spots on it on many pieces. Staff was very nice.

I ordered my food at 7:34pm through grub hub and had an estimated delivery time of 8:35pm to 8:45pm. At 8:55pm I gave them a call to find out the status of the order and they told me they had been out already??? I have a doorbell and a teacup pomeranian dog that goes bananas whenever someone comes to the door so its possible but I found it hard to believe, especially since we were all very hungry and had waited over an hour in the first place...Pretty disappointing first time experience so far...driver showed up a bit later and explained that the receipt given to him was missing a digit of the address which was why the order was late and cold. However he apologized for the mix up and the food was still pretty tasty.

Strombili was very good and filling. Soup was good but lukewarm. Service was adequate but not great. Great prices.

I am not one to write a negative review but I feel I need to tonight. I LOVED the original Napoli pizza place located across RR tracks on Walnut Creek! Their pizza was amazing and was disappointed that it closed. Now I found out that George's opened up by Ray Pharm and it's the Napoli family!! This was our first time to order on-line delivery pizza from George and So disappointed! I understand this is a Saturday night but our pizza took over an hour to deliver which ended up being just barley warm and dry (we live not even 5 miles from them). Maybe we should dine-in next time to give them a second chance? So wanted to like their delivery pizza!!!!!

Husband and I just ate here for the first time this evening. I had spaghetti with homemade meatballs and he had chicken arrabiata. Both came out hot, plentiful and tasted great. Good warm bread and salad as accompaniments. Service was speedy, attentive and friendly. Prices reasonable. Can't wait to go back and try the pizza!

Ordered takeout from the slice app. Pizza was mashed in a box too small and cut into only 4 pieces. Made 1/4 of the pizza all mangled when I tried to pull it out. Not happy. Try a little harder than that, come on! Was barely warm also.

Ordered a pizza about a week ago and already planning on ordering again tonight. Very reasonably priced, and easily the best delivery out of all the options I currently have. Also, unlike chains, it actually reheats as well if not as good as it was originally. Their special on up to 10 toppings really is a good deal. Delivery took maybe a bit longer than a chain would, but it still arrived hot.

Went there tonight (Saturday) for the first time. Arrived about 5 minutes till 7 pm. Place was full, but we got the last available table. Waited 15 minutes and no one acknowledged we were there other than the hostess who sat us. After some confusion on the hostess part the manager finally came over. Since they could not get their act together I asked the manager to go get the owner. I was told he was cooking and could not come out. Told her what happened. She said she was sorry and would wait on us, would you like some water? Told her they have made the worst possible 1st impression they could and that I would share my experience with everyone I knew. We left with no intention of returning. It is really a shame that a local restaurant doesn't out perform the chain restaurants.

Pretty good pizza joint. Not crowded. A little pricy but good portions.

Incredible flavors make music on your tongue. Stromboli, and chicken parmegiana are great. The chicken soup is great as well. Excellent prices for lunch, more than ample portions. We're a fan.
