I stopped by Gong Cha for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line and disorganized service made it anything but quick. I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a simple latte. They need to work on their efficiency if they want to keep customers coming back.

What an incredible experience at Gong Cha! Their 2625 West Pioneer Parkway, Grand Prairie, TX 75051.0 location is a true gem. The barista was so friendly and recommended the most delightful latte. I can't wait to come back and try their pastries!
