We were very impressed with the way the staff managed the large number of people at their restaurant. We expected there to be delays but, much to our delight, everything moved along very smoothly. Our server was very friendly, professional and attentive. Unfortunately, I failed to get his name. GREAT JOB, IHOP!

Very pleased with this IHOP! My friend and I studied here until about 3am and the servers was so kind and constantly refilling our drinks and were just overall happy and kind to us. I was really pleased with how the manager didn't have a problem with us requesting a table with an outlet (for our laptops), he just took us straight to one! Definitely my new late night study spot - Great IHOP

This is one of my favorite places. The crew are always asking you for service and if you need something, they brings it right away for you. The food is great all the time. I don't know about other IHOP locations but the one in Grand Prairie TX, is the best one. No complaints at all.

My daughter and her friends had a birthday dinner on Friday night. They were greeted at the front by LUCIANO & he was also their server! He was awesome!!!! From the minute we got there he was welcoming, professional, and gave us the 5 star treatment! Give him a raise, like ASAP! �����

I love the new decorated restaurant and the people inside a really really great no wait a minute they are excellent I've been there four times already and I'm starting to look.

Had a great IHOP visit a little young man opened the door for us and his father held the other door open for us and the greeter seated us quickly and our waiter Romo took great care of us

Love the place, always quick with great service. But yesterday I arrived at about 7:30am and the waiting room where the carpet is smelled real bad. Almost turns me off. Please fix this. It smelt like mold or like someone dropped food and someone else just swept it up. But it's carpet..

It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive to the table after we ordered, really I understand if it was a Saturday on even a Sunday morning but it was a Monday around 1pm, sorry but the staff cooks need to speed it up or wait staff, honestly I took I bite and I was ready to go and asked for a to go box. I don't know if I will come back to this restraunt again. Very fastraduated!

I went after church and boy was it packed!!! So I decided to place a to go order. The lady taking the money was not friendly at all. I was the only person standing there at the time and I told her I needed to place a to go order and I needed to see a menu. She said ask them for a menu as she nodded to her right. I asked for a menu, made a selection and went back to the lady and she said you will need to order from they too. So I placed the order and 2 other people came with different race and their orders were placed with the same young lady. Never the less I waited for my order. Once I got the bag I started to check it and the top was not closed and my food almost fell. Got home and had to warm it up because it was cold. No one told me my order was ready I just watched the 2 people that came behind me and figured my food should be ready as well.

I mean the wait for our food was long. The waiter was nice but the wait for food was bad.....long menu was sticky but I guess it too be excepted since pancakes are served there. But our waiter was awesome

I do not know how a restaurant of this type ends the gas! They did not charge us for the coffee and they gave us a free waffle.

They were out of a lot of the food and it wasn't that packed and it still took along time to get our food

Sorry to say the waitress we had wasn't very nice.. might even say rude. Didn't greet us when she came to table. Got our orders and drinks and I had a family members birthday and I asked if they would sing happy birthday and she said no, they don't do it during the day and went to get her a sunde. So we sang happy birthday alone. Food was amazing tho. Just shitty attitude waitress.

I used to love this place , but now its dirty. Does anyone ever clear the tables. Floors sticky. Should have gone somewhere else. Order egg's and chicken fried steak ..looked like it had been dipped in saw dust. Wont be back

After calling my order in tonight and waiting 26 minutes I received my food free tonight. This place always good however tonight I'm not feeling this place. My time is to sweet to waist.

Worst place to eat with your family!! Staff is very rude and very slow! Food took forever!! I have eating at other Ihop restaurant but these one is the worst! Oh and very dirty!! All the tables here where almost all dirty and they still have not been cleaned off! I will never come but here again!

The absolute WORST service I've EVER had from any restaurant in my entire life!!!!! No one is rude, but no on is helping.... 15 minutes after being seated, I had to get tell the hostess who sat me that no one has greeted me or taken my food order... she ended up taking it... got worse from there... no one is rude, but no one seems to give a damn...

I've eaten at this restaurant several times without complaint. I just walked out because I'm being told to wait for a table when half the tables are vacant. I've never had that happen at any restaurant. I understand waiting when the place is full. The explanation that the kitchen staff can't keep up with the orders is not acceptable. That means the management decided to save a buck on staffing and let the customer be inconvieniced. At first I was going to reflect my displeasure in the tip, but that wouldn't be fair to the server.

McDonalds, here we come.
