Let me tell you about Independent Baking Co at 1625 S Lumpkin St, Athens, Georgia 30606. Their cortado was like a tiny cup of pure coffee joy. The café had a laid-back, beachy vibe with surfboards on the walls and reggae tunes playing. Perfect spot to unwind with a brew.
