If ever in downtown and wanting to try something new I Most definitely would recommend mad hatter!! My little boy really enjoys going just because of the name “Mad Hatter Cafe” but beyond that the food actually pretty good the servers are really friendly as well. Overall it’s a fantastic atmosphere, good vibes an great time 😊

I had the salad trio. I was very disappointed! The fruit was canned peaches, not fresh fruit. The pasta salad tasted like it also came out of a can. Instead of the "toasted baguette" promised on the nenu, the chicken salad came with some not so fresh cheese biscuits i saw him heat up in a microwave. I won't be going back there!

Went there for breakfast only to find that website was wrong about it being open. Should have known better when I called and was told to leave a message. Concern for customers is not their thing obviously.

The place has great service! Unfortunately the breakfast menu ends at 11 am so we had to refer to lunch menu at 11:10 😊

The food is hot and served fresh, but the plates/utensils are Spartan and nothing fancy. The servers do their best to make sure you're taken care of.

As of right now I'm attending a convention. They get expensive and I was strapped for cash! I asked Siri for an inexpensive restaurant within walking distance of my hotel (Sheraton) and Bam! The first result was the Mad Hatter Cafe.

After getting turned around a bit (first time alone in Dallas), I finally found it. The decor was great, the staff was very friendly and allowed me to take a few minutes to look at their menu.

I asked what they recommended and they offered me a vegaterian menu (which I politely declined). They then said the Beef Tenderloin Cheesesteak was a favorite here. I decided that I couldn't pass that up!

I only waited about Six minutes before they called my number, so that, in my opinion, was pretty darn fast.

I looked at my food and instantly wanted to dive in. The first bite was amazing. The bread was toasted perfectly, the cheese all gooey, the meat tender and falling apart in my mouth. They also have a balsamic sauce on top that made my mouth water and want more!!!

My final score 5 out of 5 stars! For only $10.55 I got a delicious freshly made lunch. I'll have to make sure to come back!

Seriously! Amazing! If you go and they have the Asian Wrap as their special, don't think about or wonder what's in it...JUST ORDER IT. It was like a crazy dance party of goodness in my mouth! I will totally be back and you should go. And to the handsome guy at the register who took my order...Hey Handsome😁

Great food and service. Get the BYO sandwich, I highly recommend utilizing their biscuit option! The Humpty Dumpty 3 egg breakfast is another great go to. Bring a few quarters for parking as well

The breakfast is all I've eaten, and it was good. Nothing to write home about, but not bad. The staff was friendly also. Nothing fancy about the decor, and its a good place to go if you're looking for seclusion.
