This place is the BOMB! Would recomend it to anyo e well worth the drive if your are with in 40 miles in any direction.

The food was great! Best fried fish I have had in awhile. Prices are extremely reasonable. My husband had the hamburger steak and said it was very good. We will eat there any time we pass through town.

Second time there. First time I had the chicken fried steak, which was delicious. Second time had the senior catfish plate. The fish was good but the fries were soggy. Probably would have liked it better with another vegetable.

Ordered the steak fingers. They were really good and a large serving. Place has good atmosphere. Will drive the 30 miles again to eat there.

My sister and I ate the all you can eat fried catfish. It was great. We even got to take some home. The service was great and they were all very friendly. We will go back. Great prices too.

Food was amazing ... As I expected great atmosphere, A Clean facility, friendly . Just like having a good home cooked meal . The menu gives you a choice of option different not just you usual restraunt menu .Coffee that taste like coffee..not hot water and Texas Sweet Tea..�

Can't give enough stars on the taste of the catfish and all the fixings! Btw, if they have chocolate cake offered... make sure you reserve a piece before it's all gone. You will not be disappointed with your visit to this lil' find.

Been there 3 times this weekend and they were all a 5 star. Food was great ,service was great ,and the price about the same any where . Too bad it's 8 miles from Coleman. But worth the short drive. One block past the R R tracks on the Brady hiway in Santa Anna. On the left. Great place to stop and eat.

Ordered the chicken livers lunch special yesterday with a small side of onion rings. Was very pleasantly surprised! Onion rings were very crispy yet with a tender coating. Flavor was really nice. Chicken livers were crispy , yet the liver part was wonderfully tender. Black eye peas had really good flavor and green beans and potatoes tasted good. Serving of liver was very generous. I did takeout at the end of lunch and it was ready quickly even though they still had a decent crowd. Overall I will definitely go back!
