This morning between 4:30-5:00 am, I ordered 2 sausage biscuit breakfast meal and one sausage mcgriddle. When I got home the sausage mcgriddle wasn't in the bag. So instead of calling I drove back to the McDonald's and staff insisted it was in the bag but I told it wasnt! She was rude and told me sorry no sandwich. Why would I drive back for sandwich if I really did get it. The sandwich wasn't for me. It was for my daughter so I gave her my sandwich instead. I will never go back. It's not 1.19 or the sandwich but I paid for it and never got it.

They have stoped giving out water when I asked the gm of the whole store told me ppl steal so u have to pay now. Well this is just one of the largest food chains trying to get more money out of us.cant pay just for the cup no it's same price as a soda but the price is inflated to cover the cost of the soda not the water so greedy.

My son and I like to share a 20 piece nugget meal at McDonald's. We just order an extra drink. Two weeks ago they said that they are not selling a 20 piece meal anymore and I would have to buy two 10 piece meals. Last week I went to order two 10 piece nuggets and they said, "why don't you just order a 20 piece, it's cheaper?" I explained the incident the week before and they said that I must have been mistaken. I then asked them to make it a meal. They said, "We don't make it a meal anymore you have to buy the rest a la cart." I said, "Fine. I'll take it that way." Today I went in and ordered a 20 piece nugget and a large Coke. They said, "Wouldn't you rather have it as a meal?" #losingmymind #amisenile

Horrible customer service at the drive through. I had an alert that it was $2 happy meals at this location. I take my kids every other Tuesday for a treat, my sister took her kids 2 hours before and was charged $1.99 per meal. They charged me full price and said they weren't running the special. I asked nicely about the situation , not rude at all and I received attitude from the woman who took my payment and when I went to pick up the food the woman gave me the dirtiest look, didn't say two words, forgot a happy meal so I asked her for it and she threw it at me. I wasn't even rude and your going to treat a paying customer like that? I've been Im customer service all my life and I have never treated anybody as horrible as those women just did me. I never review or leave comments but this case deserved it.
