This McDonalds has the FASTEST drive through! My kids and I drive through 5 mornings a week on our commute to Dallas for school. (Don't judge! You try getting three kids dressed and out the door by 6:30 am). I can order three $1 breakfast sandwiches and get out of there within minutes. The people at the window are friendly and pleasant (especially considering it is 6:45-7:00 am!). Nathan (one of the cashiers) always has a sweet smile and is quick and friendly. We look forward to seeing him each morning. We love this McDonalds.

It's a fast food restaurant. What do you think? Service was fast. Food was decent. Nothing spectacular. Nice place for a Mickey D's though.

Usually everything is pretty good. But this morning I ordered a #10 which is a bacon, egg, & cheese mcgriddle with a coffee. The drive-thru screen showed that's what the lady pushed. So I get to the window I pay and don't think to look at my receipt. So normally I check my food b4 I drive off but I'm a hurry to get to work. So I finally open up my sandwich to discover that I didn't get what I ordered. Instead I got a sausage, egg, & cheese mcmuffin. So bc they have 2 drive-thrus I got someone else's order and they got mine or they just don't know their breakfast menu. They did say they would replace it but I couldn't get back til 4hrs later. Plus my receipt showed the mcmuffin even though that's not a #10. Needless to say the food was good and I was starving so I was going to eat it regardless. Just next time if I or anyone else goes through the drive-thru check your food b4 driving off.

i go to your branch frequently. I have a question: do you have an specific way to do your Ice coffees? what i mean is that every time i go, the same size and same ice coffee, taste different. The color and/or taste is different. Can you do it the same way every time? i will like to have done the same way every time i go.

I'm on vacation, went through the drive thru with my cell phone app, and they wouldn't let me use my Mc Cafe punch card for my 4 drink order because "they were different sizes". Wtf? The app says "any Mc Cafe drink, any size" clear as day. Super frustrating to have to take something this simple to the attention of management. Wouldn't offer any application of the punch card at all. Wow.

I usually have an average experience here but went through the drive thru this afternoon and my food is stone cold. Also, the guy in the second window had a pissy attitude. Not a good experience.

Worst experience ever. Waited in the drive through at the second speaker. Watched 4 cars pull up from the street and get waited on before they finally waited on me. If you aren't going to use the second speaker then you should close it. And when the guy finally said he would help me he told me to hang on while he finished clearing the other line which built up after I had pulled up. Nothing more frustrating then watching 4 cars zoom past you cause the worker can't do his job. I won't ever be back.

Worst experience ever!! Here is a list of the items they didn't have or messed up on tonight:

-Forgot my nuggets

-Didn't cook hubs hamburger all the way through

-No boy toys

-No Sweet N' Low

-50 minutes to get 2 apple pies. 1st told us they only had 1 left and didn't offer a refund. Then told us they found another but it would be 5 minutes to cook. 20 minutes later I go check on it and they say "oh, we forgot to start it."

-No Minute Maid slush even though it was available to order on the self serve kiosk.

-No napkins out

-Dirty tables

-Air Conditioner was set to around 60, at least, and we were told they can't change it because it's controlled by corporate. It was seriously so cold that kids were wearing heavy coats while running aound playing.

Worst customer service ever! I just came from there and the employee that was taking my order Ryan was the most unprofessional, disrespectful employee I have ever encountered! Not only he was rushing me through the speaker phone, he was being so rude and wouldn't acknowledge me when I was talking to him. He even shut the window when I was talking to him! Then I take my phone to take a picture of the sticker that had the number and email address to put in my complaint, he takes his phone out and takes a picture of me! I can tell you that I will not be coming back to this place again, especially if he's employed there. Please avoid this location! You will not be treated with respect even if you're a paying customer. It shows that they don't even care for their customers, so why show support to a place like that. I'll be taking my family to Burger King next door from now on!

I have never seen a cockroach that big in my life! So beyond disgusting it looks like the place hasn't been cleaned in a month. But I'm beyond disgusted by the cockroach!

I have had issue with this place for awhile but haven't said anything. The wait is long, the staff is rude and this morning I ordered a mocha and received it half full. Ridiculous. Why pay $3 for a cup of coffee and not even get a full cup. Ridiculous!

Dora, the assistant manager, is a horrible person! She made me pay for my order twice and then refused to return my debit card or give me my food. Even after presenting my proof of payment, she insisted that she would not give me my food unless I paid for it. When I asked for a manager, Dora told me that I would have to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. When I asked who was in charge tonight, she said that she was in charge. After about 15 minutes of me refusing to leave the drive thru without my debit card, another employee came to the window and apologized profusely as she handed the order to me. I told her that I still needed my card. She apologized again and got it for me. Dora charged me for my order. Too bad she didn’t realize that I saw the refund of the online payment before I left the parking lot. I guess she would rather yell at and harass a customer instead of admitting that she made a mistake. I can’t help but wonder what she was doing with my debit card for 15 minutes. I will be watching my account closely to ensure that she is not using my credit card number herself. BEWARE!
