Went in for lunch, left without an item being in my bag. Called multiple times before they picked up (might be something wrong with their phone line). Manager on duty was nice and asked me to come back later that day or the next to get my item. I went back that night and got dinner for the family. Ordered all Large combos and asked for the burger I was shorted. Get to payment line and was charge for said item. I addressed it at next window and learn that my items were all medium and the kid that took my order was arguing about my order. Manager on duty made everything large but shorted me my 20 pc mcnuggets. Well she also kept my receipts...Called multiple times again and was told to come in like last time. Well today I did and Yvonne the manager is to word it correctly I can't leave it on this review. Let's say she isn't nice. Supposedly there is a policy they can't refund nor give out 20 pc mcnuggets. These people are theives and would do anything to not give customer service. I believe a staff revamp is in order. Your employees are only as great as your manager and she is poor. Will not spend another dime with this franchise owner, and you believe I will let all of my coworkers (50 + that frequent there) know how poor a job they do their job.

You goin to McDonald's? This McDonald's is like errrrrry other McDonald's on the planet. Heavy on the ketchup and it's my local french fry temple where I go to give thanks to potato's.

The food here is either hard and cold and or fresh and hot. The employees don't know what a smile is and like to argue with you about what you're ordering. On the days I receive the hot food, it's great.

Super friendly service and the red head manager was really keeping his staff in line and customers happy! Yummy food as always!

They always get my order wrong or leave something out of the bag. Make sure you check your food before you leave if you go through the drive-thru . You have been warned and I have learned. They also like to keep you on your toes. I ordered chocolate chip cookies and recieved oatmeal raisin cookies instead...yum.

Food quality was a little below average, service was below average, the location was a little dirty, a lot outdated, and their Play Place was one of the most basic I have seen. There are better McDonalds that are not so far away, I doubt we will be back.

Most times I go they are rude and act as if your presence bothers them. last two times my wife went she got raw eggs not just 1 day but last 2 different days she went.

Food is typical McDonald's. But this location specializes in ripping you off on French Fries. They like to do half full or 2/3 full boxes of fries. It's a major scam they are pulling by trying to save a few cents per order. Really pathetic. If you want more money for your fries just raise the prices instead of shorting my fries.

I was in there today and the employees were rude and very loud. We asked a kind gentleman named chris to ask them to be a little quieter. The whole mcdonalds doesnt need to hear their conversation. He went to tell the girl with the red hair and you can hear her rudely say they can go eat at their house if they dont like it. Overall chris was a nice gentleman and our order was correct. Nice atmosphere.

Not tge greatest McD s.
Customer service is friendly. My order is always wrong and when they have to correct it they never really apologies. They run out of stuff often. E.g. cream cheese.

Very very slow service. Not much to say bout the food its McDonalds. Got our order it was wrong. If they put a little more effort in their customer service this place would be ok

One of the worst place I've ever worked. The staff are not clean and the food production is poor. I'd eat off the floor before eating at this McDonald's go to one down the way if you actually want good service and hot food.

It's a fast food place. What do you expect? I do find little pricey for a quick meal.
