Love the remodeling, the restrooms were clean an smelled really good the food was hot an good overall A+

I Love the food, especially the triple meat cheese burgers BUT I liked the old building a lot better. I liked the ice machine that had soft ice not cubed. I liked the private sitting area by the bathrooms in the old building. for ppl. with dental problems it gave you a place where you could go inside & eat without being self conscious. I know you can't make a private place to sit in the new building but PLEASE bring back the soft ice machine.

Love the new store! Seating is a little uncomfortable for a party of 2. The menu flashes by too quick - need to slow the roll down please. And great that breakfast is 24 hours but why not make the full menu 24 hours? And go back to giving the drink cups when order is paid for please instead of waiting for the food to be served

Finally after decades things are picking up, the new Signature sandwiches are great m favorite is the BBQ.

Something has changed with their ice tea and it is really bad. Hope they go back to what they were doing before. Wifi is sporadic at times as well.

I started coming here ever single day on my way to work. And get the same thing a single sausage and biscuit. Today I sat in line for 20 minutes waiting on three items that we order was sitting in the window for ten minutes. I asked for grape jelly a well back and they had it on the receipt, I didn't get it. Even called the store and no call back. One morning on spring break I order for me my husband and our daughter and the man that took my order couldn't hardly understand English at all. So I had to go back and order again. I'm sorry if you can't get your stuff together I'm not coming back and take my business elsewhere from now on.

When u learn to cook food instead of leaving your burgers pink, I might think about going back..and you need to get your morning staff some manners I dont appreciate, someone being rude just because they feel they can..NEVER GOING BACK

We ordered two mcdoubles and two McChicken but whoever is working the drive thru had an attitude problem and kept rushing. We got home and found both of our mcdoubles missing! What is wrong with your employees?!

This has gone downhill and fast, me and the hubby never get to eat together because something always has to be taken back. We used to enjoy a quarter pounder, the burgers got mushy and we started to ask for them to be WELL DONE and it sorted the problem..... (for us anyway) To a point.......yesterday the outsides of the burgers we're well done, but the insides we're pink, I got photos, the thing is that we go up and tell them, they are always apologetic, but after they have sorted our order it is back to bad standards again.

The most rude graveyard shift in the world. Kydasha was the worst. Refused to give prices of anything at the window, refused eye contact, gave 8 bucks for 780 order and she gave back 2 pennies as change and then asked me what my problem was????? Then the only guy that works there during the night will make u wait for 10 minutes for only a large coke. Get your stuff together man for real.....so rude!

Rude, impatient, and horrible customer service. I didn't think it was possible for the service and food to get worse but apparently a new building wasn't enough incentive to do better. McDonald's, I recommend Magic training for every employee, including your drive thru employees and Management.

Nice new building with the same poor service. Something messed up every time I eat there. Don't assume a different diet soda will suffice for what I actually ordered. I want what I pay for, anything else is ripping people off. There are to many choices in this town, so I won't be getting this treatment anymore. This location has officially lost my business-oriented good.

If you go through the drive thru, ALWAYS check your order before your drive away. They get it wrong more often than not.

I'm just going to say this y'all really need to educate you front counter people on customer service. I always get a breakfast kids meal with a sausage burrito never a problem..... Until now as soon as I ordered the kids meal I instantly got Aditude from the chick taking my order. She was very rude and said how you do that and starts banging the computer screen then had two more people come up and ask me what I wanted just like that I told them nicely forget it I need a kid a meal sausage biscuit and a sausage burrito the order my food and they still told me I can't I even got my food without a tray and had to not only drag my son to sit but had a handful of food as doing so while the trays we're right in sight of it wasn't a reward for my son of potty training y'all would of never got my money I should of went to denison

I was in there earlier today and got a quarter pounder with cheese to go. Got home and found the sandwich only had meat and cheese. No onions, pickles or whatever dressing they put on one. Worst excuse for a sandwich ever. BYE.

I really wish y'all would hire people that can read English. Apparently in order for your company to keep prices down you hire people that really don't care about customer service. This is an ongoing issue at this location it's sad that when I go give you MY hard earned money I know that something is going to be wrong. I do enjoy your food but how ever I would rather get everything I paid for. I called tonight and asked to speak to the manager the lady on the phone said that she was the manager on duty I proceeded to tell her that I did not receive all my food and her response was "oh my bad". Seriously my bad is not the response I was looking for. Asked if she was the store manager she laughed and said no. So not to get to upset I told her that I would be up there to try and resolve this issue with someone who might show some sort of intelligence. And apparently I can't send this without giving you some sort of star so you will be getting a false 1 star.

I come home with my food ... Open the chicken nugget box to find two hamburger patties !!!!! I call and the manager won't refund my money . Pathetic

Apparently the Sherman McDonald's serves two different mediums when you order a Frappe. One actually looks like a medium, the other looks like a kids drink. I don't care which one is actually the medium, just male or the same every time so I know what to order.
