It's a nice location, but sometimes when I order my pancakes there, the people always put 1 syrup packet in my bag, and next time they need to put 2 in there so that my pancakes can taste more sweet, but they need to put 1 ketchup packet in my bag for my hash brown, sometimes I will ask for an extra syrup packet and a ketchup packet when I double check everything in my bag, I like it when they automatically give me 2 syrup packets and 1 ketchup packet too. They need to do it whenever I do come to that location every now and then when I'm out with my momma.

I am at the McDonald's at Gaston @ Washington. I come here often and all of the employees are wonderful. I especially want to give a big thank you to "Sharon". This McDonalds is close to Baylor Hospital and the Tom Landry Rehabilitation Center so a lot of the customers are sick or disabled. Sharon never fails to treat US with dignity, respect and concern. If someone knows this woman, please pass this along to her. If someone knows her manager, I would like him/her to know as well.



UPDATE...



Because two minutes later I forgot her name I asked another customer what her name was and he told me that Sharon was "one of the main reasons he walked over her"

I always go there when i have Appointments at Baylor Hospital. I had never had a problem everyone is nice to me getting my order. All is well getting what i need.

Worst service ever their employees are so rude i have gone up there to get drinks since it is summer and everytime i pull up to the window they did not take my order since its just a drink and they ask me of that is it with a mean face makes me feel like they dont take my order because its just a drink and its always just at mcdonalds .

The food was great, but my car was towed like I wasn't even a paying customer who actually did have a receipt for a meal at lunchtime. The tow truck driver in question was trolling around and was way to fast to hoist the car I own, and tow it to an impound yard at Sunnyvale. That was a huge inconvienence for a disabled man like myself that lives month by month whose sister was recently admitted across the street at Baylor Hospital. Watch out for asshole tow truck drivers that are employed by Unlimited Tows L. L. C. At the impound yard I told my side of the story and was treated badly. It set me back $164. I will be calling and faxing evidence that proves I was a paying customer to a manager at the impound yard. It took hours to get there on DART buses. The on duty manager of Mc Donald's already apologized to me for this great inconvience.
