We love going to Millers! The food is always great and the staff is always friendly.

We went this past Saturday, and of course it was great!

But we were really disappointed that the doors weren’t up on that fine Texas day!

We had brisket, jalapeño sausage and ribs. I really liked the brisket and sausage. The ribs were a little salty. Good bbq doesn’t need sauce; however, if you’re a sauce person, theirs was unique and delicious.



We’ve been to many Bbq places and it ruins the experience when people in line save tables before they even get their food. That won’t happen at Miller’s. They’ve come up with a great solution for assigning tables.

We ate there today for the first time. Everything was delicious but the moist brisket was superb - my favorite!! Wish I had brought some of the packaged meat home with us.

This was the best BBQ I have ever tried! A+



We came yesterday for lunch- me, and my mom and brother who are from out of state. Miller's did not disappoint! My favorite item had to be the broccoli salad- But everything was absolutely amazing!

This is our first time visiting the new location and I have to say we were very impressed at how spacious it is. Customer service is excellent and the food is still the same...delicious! Although everything needs to be ordered separately as opposed to the old location, the pricing is similar as before and the portions are very generous. Will definitely be going back soon!

This BBQ was the best I have had, well, ever! Im impressed with the seasoning and how tender the meat was. I tried the rib and some brisket. The smoke ring was beautiful, and the meat was juicy and tender. I had the homemade Mac and cheese, which was just like how my mom makes it! 👌🏻 The service was even wonderful! I grabbed dessert to go. The desserts are also homemade and great! Can’t wait to go back!

The meats were perfect. Brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, and sausage were excellent. You can taste that everything is made with care and love! And the dessert...the chocolate cake is divine. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming! Great food and great people in a really neat building.

The brisket is so good! My husband loves the "Big Un" and the "Curtis" is a big enough size for me. We make it a point to stop at Miller's every time we're in the Belton area.

The 4th of July Parade was topped off by lunch at Miller’s. Their special “dog of the day” was incredible as was the ice cold beverage!!

I would also like to add that they were passing out ice water to their guests waiting in line, as well as others walking by in the heat leaving the parade. Now that’s Hometown Customer Service !🇺🇸

Miller's recently catered an event at my work and they were absolutely amazing. Paige was wonderful, and all the employees were great. On top of that, it was the best bbq I've had in Texas, and everyone kept commenting on how incredible everything tasted. I highly recommend them for any future catering!

Long line at the door, but I can definitely see why. Worth the wait but honestly we didn't even have to wait very long. The line was faster than expected, cheaper than we expected as well but very delicious. Relaxed atmosphere and great service. We are definitely coming back again.

I was in town visiting my best friend and she brought us here. I consider myself a barbecue snob and this is the BEST barbecue I have EVER eaten! Everything was moist, flavorful, and presented well! The creme sodas were so yummy too! I will be back!

I took my daughter who is a brisket expert! She loved it and said the sauce was great too.

I had the "Fire in the Bowl"

Beans, chopped brisket, pulled pork, another layer of beans, sliced hot link topped with Fritos®, a side of buttered potatoes, pickles, onions, jalapeños and tortillas.



It was a great meal! The place is really nice and people very friendly. When headed north it will be hard not to stop.

I have ate alot of BBQ and Miller's brisket is really really good one of the best in our area , the potato salad is awesome I really had a great time this is my go to place for BBQ





Update I tried the Fire in the Bowl it's awesome!!!



I'll be trying The Big Un next!!!!

I had the chopped brisket sandwich and Mac & cheese and it was really good, but I have to say the green beans were the best I have ever had.

Next time I want to get the half chicken because two of the people with us had it and it really looked good.

I wish that I had room for pie because there were so many to choose from.

Finally decided after we moved close to try this place and we will most definitely be back ! The lady taking our order said all the meats were good so we decided to try them all except ribs also added Mac and cheese and broccoli salad ...sad part is we have waited so long to try it .... best BBQ in the area ! The two sauces they have are completely different from each other but so good ! Even though we we stuffed we had to try the desserts and both the banana pudding and cheesecake were absolutely to die for !!

Best brisket in the area by far and the ribs are amazing. I always order carry out over the phone for our family and it is 100% of the time ready when they say it will be and will even leave the door unlocked if you are rushing in right when they close. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is awesome.
