comimg from Dallas, I was fascinated with the small town where literally, everyone knows everyone. People would come in and just start visiting with one another. I had the patty melt and it was outstanding. Was a little disappointed that they ran out of pie, but overall, the food and the experience was great.

We've had breakfast and lunch here several times. The food is always excellent and the sweet tea is some of the best I've ever had. We've not been to her Friday Night All You Can Eat Fish, but it will happen soon!! This is one of our favorite places to eat.

I had to edit my review. This is now our hands-down favorite place to eat. Everything is excellent. They have the BEST chicken fried steak dinner and catfish I've ever had. Everyone is super friendly and the homemade desserts are to die for! That apple cheesecake was amazing!

We eat there regularly. Everyone is so nice. The food is fantastic. Best fish anywhere. I've ordered just about everything on the menu not one time have I been disappointed. Just try it you will keep going back. Love you Mary Ann

The food was great and so was the service. The value was amazing! They went above and beyond to help us when my Mom forgot her purse there. I highly recommend them!

The chicken fried steak is great. Very tender, lightly breaded and quick fried. Cream gravy tasted homemade. Only negative is mashed potatoes should always be served with chicken fried steak!! My husband had the chicken bacon wrap and he said it was great. We highly recommend. We always like to eat local when traveling and Murns did not disappoint. Traded from valley view to archer city to see McMurtry book store.

I drive 5 hours for fish friday. And to spend a few minutes with Mary Ann Wages and her whole crew. Great burgers, breakfast. Great people in Archer City. Take a drive to Murns.

Great people, very good fried catfish and awesome homemade pies at Murn’s Cafe in Archer City, Texas. If you haven’t been, it’s worth the trip. Lots of great history in this sweet little town.

Best homemade meals you could ask for! Murn's has never disappointed me.. Amazing food and service. I highly recommend eating at this cafe! My family and I have known the owners for years, and they always strive to meet our expectations.

Best fresh ground beef cheese burger I've ate ! Highly worth the trip on hyw 79 south of Wichita Falls
