Old California Restaurant Row was a major letdown. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were far from fresh. I left disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon.

I had a terrible experience at Old California Restaurant Row. The coffee at 1020-1080 W. San Marcos Blvd, San Marcos, California 92078 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Old California Restaurant Row managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
