Had a chance to pop into Overflow Coffee Co at 201 East Franklin Street, Hillsboro, TX 76645, and it was a solid experience. Ordered their flat white, and it was pretty darn good. I have mixed feelings about my experience at Overflow Coffee Co at 201 East Franklin Street, Hillsboro, TX 76645.
