We had a large group (20+) and they accommodated us very well. Food and service were great and we had the whole patio to ourselves. They even offered to refrigerate our cake and take a group photo for us. We enjoyed our time and celebration of my cousins high school graduation!

We had Palio's Pizza Cafe-Crossroads cater our wedding and it was amazing!! We wanted pizza for our wedding and they suggested we do pizza, pasta, and salad so everyone was happy. It was such a big hit! So many people asked where the food was from and we got so many compliments on how good it was!! They sent out 3 staff members to set up, serve, and clean up. There were friendly, efficient, and just awesome. Ali and his staff are amazing!! This was the best decision we made when it came to our wedding. Thank you Palio's Pizza Cafe-Crossroads!!

I'm from Buffalo NY. The home of the Buffalo wings and pizza. I've lived here for 11 yrs and could not find a pizza that was even close to home. My husbands co-worker told him about Palio's Pizza and my husband jumped right at it for me. Let me tell you, I took my time and made sure I tasted every bite. I felt like I was home again watching football. Pizza isn't the only item on the menu that is great. The Chicken Parm is to die for. Thank you, Palio's for taking me home once in a while. Customer Service is also 5 stars. Happy New Year and I'll see ya again next week.

Service was excellent and salads are awesome. Guess I'm just not a fan of their pizza. Crust was soggy but edges were hard. Temp was nice and hot.

First time at this location and the young lady at the counter just seemed uninterested in helping us or she just didn't want to be at work that day. Food was good though. I'll just keep going to the location in Little Elm.
