The pizza of the month is a mixture of our two favorite things, tacos and pizza! The pizza has a refried beans base with taco meat, jalapeños, diced tomatoes mozzarella and topped with chopped lettuce. Served with a side of sour cream and salsa!

We are from Tulsa, and loved this place. Please open one in Oklahoma. As someone who recently had to go gluten free, this was the best gluten free pizza we've ever had. Thank you.

This place has the best pizza I've ever eaten. I love to go there with my bottle of wine and grab a slice with beef and onion . Such a cosy spot. I highly recommend.

The food was great. The only thing bad that happened was the girl who took our order messed it all up lol. I said no olives on mine and got olives. Ordered a kids spaghetti and ended up paying for an adult one. Ordered a kids pizza and didn't even get it. 5 stars though because Austin our waiter fixed everything and even offered us free dessert �. In the end everything was fixed and the food was really good. Will definitely come back. Thanks Austin!

Just moved to Grapevine and decided to try this place for their pizza. It is so good. The crust is perfect and the toppings are fresh and light. We found our new pizza place!

Great pizza. After a day at the waterpark my family was ready to chow down. A gluten-free crust for the wife and lots of topping choices for the kids, Palios completely satisfied our hunger.

Best pizza in all of Texas!!! Their specialty pizzas are unique, innovative and incredibly tasty, and the sandwiches are awesome too! The staff is friendly and the service is excellent! We make a point to eat there on every trip to Grapevine!

Had a great time enjoying wine, salad, pizza and wings with my friends on the patio. Service was very slow. When we walked in we look for someone to help us for about 2-3 minutes. Sara finally emerged and was very nice and accommodating. The wine glasses were dirty, I showed them to Sara and she quickly washed and polished them. I will never have a complaint about to food, because it's ALWAYS good, but a little better customer service and timeliness is need.

Great tasting food. We ordered 3 different food items and all tasted excellent. Service was great and the place was clean. If you're looking for other options while staying at the Great wolf lodge this is a great option.

We have been here several times , with large parties, and always enjoyed ourselves. Tonight however I ordered a calzone and was given a pizza . � I ate it anyway, it was average. The restaurant was freezing cold . The staff was far more interested in getting out of there on a Friday night than our experience. To top it off it was a long ruff day - and our 16 year wedding anniversary �

The tables and seats were dirty. They were out of lemons and napkins and I had to ask for them to restock. We ordered 2 large pizzas. We got one within 10 minutes. But, they gave our other pizza away to someone who ordered the same kind right AFTER us and we had to wait for them to make another one which took twice as long AND I had to ask after 30 minutes what the hell??? Apparently our order wasn't important. Not impressed!

I waited 6 minutes short of two hours for a pizza. When I got the pizza it was cold and the crust was terrible.

Had a disappointing experience tonight. I have had good meals there in the past in the restaurant but tonight was my first delivery. Ordered an xxl pepperoni pizza and it tasted like cardboard. Delivery driver was surly. I called to talk to staff but they were relatively unconcerned about losing a customer. Won't be back.

We went in today on 12/19/17 and 17 of the tables were dirty so we had a hard time finding a place to sit. The bathrooms were disgusting( did not have any soap, trash was running over, generally dirty). It was very clear that this store is short staffed.

This is by far the worst location of Palio's. Management and staff are a joke. We have placed orders here on two separate locations and they "can't find them" but they hit our bank accounts. The first situation was handled by a very polite male manager, but on tonight's incident, when I called the location to correct the error, Racquel the "manager" was placed on the phone and "couldn't find the order". We have a confirmation email and bank statement to confirm they charged our account. I called just to get a refund but the manager couldn't do that... Instead, she gave me the number of the other manager that issues refunds (she gave me the number I was already talking to) and she gave me a fake email. Don't even order from the place, it's a headache. The situation isn't settled, and the staff handled it horribly. I guess we will wait until Monday and hopefully "Taylor" will be back in town to handle it.

They can't get anything right. We always order extra sauce because for some reason if you don't you only get a minuscule trace of pizza sauce. Well in this evening they doubled our whole order and still we only got a minuscule trace of sauce. When I complained the kid just had a blank look on his face. Won't be going back. Complete waste of money and time.

Ordered online and went to pick up 25 minutes later to find out they had not started my order. No explanation just told it would be another 15 minutes. All of my plans had to be pushed back, I ordered ahead for a reason. Won't be going back due to total lack of customer service.
