When we go to Texas we make it a must to go to Palios and get the Hawaiian pizza. Haven't had anything like it. And the other pizzas are just as good too.

I have worked at Palios Pizza for four years and out of all the jobs I've had, I have had my best experience at Palios. We really do try to make the customers happy. If a mistake is made we try our best to accommodate the customer by fixing the problem and usually offering them credit for a free pizza, or any other food. My boss and the managers are truly generous and understanding. They manage to have a great attitude through all the chaos, which is so important! Also I never get sick of the food... Not even after eating it every week for four years!! Now that says something!

First order and I am very impressed with the food. I ordered a medium 3 cheese pizza with extra bacon and a Hawaiian salad with feta cheese and chicken, it was delish. I don't know about the prior reviews, I do not normally eat pizza, much less salads from pizza places and I was scared by ordering since I have never been at any Palio's before but WOW! I loved the salad and pizza which was mainly for my son, so did he. The only thing, the salad was huge; and I thought, I was not going to eat it but it was so good that I ate it all. I won't eat for the next three days though :)

We didn't have the best service. We ordered 1 thing simple-pepperoni pizza and waited 1 hour after a whole baseball team came in 15 minutes after us and ordered 5 pizzas and got them within 20 minutes. Then after I watched one of the servers take our pizza over to a table(which was next to us) and give them our pizza. The gentlemen picked up pizza and realized it wasn't there's and took back to lady and she then brought it to us and said here is your pizza and no one touched it. Really. I advised her they did and then she told gentlemen at cashier. He said he would make another one but lost our ticket. I understand Friday's are busy but maybe have more servers that look like they know what they are doing. They looked lost. One server had headphones on while serving food.

Sadly the online ordering is down... yet still takes money from your bank account as pending. Now I'm unable to make my order with them because their pending amount for my 1 failed order on their end not mine took the money I was using to feed my children. I did get a "sorry", but that doesn't fix my problem with their end screwing up. Sad. We enjoy the pizza and have order from this location before. Thankfully there are 2 new places in Prosper to order from in the future. Check out Rosati's Pizza or Marco's before settle for Palio. Never had a problem or turned away with them.

I love Palio's food and have typically had a great experience with the Prosper location. Ordered over the weekend and half our order was missing. Decided to give it a second chance and ordered again. It's been over an hour since we called it in and no food. All I've gotten from staff is excuses. I would not order from this location again. The management obviously doesn't care about their customers.

About every 6 months, we decide to give you another try.... Time & again, we end up disappointed. Soggy, undercooked pizza that was dripping out of the edges of the box. Burnt kids' chicken strips served with soggy ice cold fries. Dry baked ziti. Called to speak to the manager & was promised "credit towards our next purchase". Yup. Been there, done that. You can keep the "next time" credit this time because this was your 3rd strike. Thank goodness for new options opening in Prosper.
