Incredibly slow service. Waited for 30 min for the order (which wasn’t right when it finally came) and I asked to see the manager (bearded person). The manager never came over. I know it is the holidays and it is busy, but many customers were frustrated and not acknowledged.

I had the tomato soup this time. Very good. Staff is very polite and helpful. I ordered my food to eat there but realized I needed to leave to be at a Dr's appointment next door. The server got me fixed up to go very quickly.

Variety of options of soup, bear and sandwich together with a choice of any two from the menu for a reasonable price. My personal favorite is broccoli cheddar with half a Mediterranean sandwich. Vegetarian options are good and people like me can eat their heart full.

Stopped today for a late lunch as usual .... To my surprise before I fiinish filling up my cup with some hibiscus and ginger green tea mixed with lemonade my order was already at my table. I ordered the Turkey chilli which happened to be available (seasonal ) with my chicken avocado melt (my mistake favorite sandwich...ever!). After the first taste of the chili I almost forgot about my sandwich and my bowl was almost at the bottom. They managed to have all the vegetables and Turkey flavors to really stand out individually. Plus the soup wasn't overly salty at all compared to the chilli from other restaurants that I have tried. I was overly satisfied with my meal. This tells me if thanksgiving meal fails I know where to catch up :)

My goodness. Panera is excellent quality food. I have yet to actually make a bread run in itself, but the selection of baked goods looked phenomenal. I get the Bacon Turkey Bravo with avocado added every time. They also have a good selection of craft juices. The Prickly Pear lemonade is my favorite I would definitely recommend this place if you're tired of the same old bland deli meat.

Every time I come here they seem to mess something up. I've been coming here for years even though the lemon location is closer to me because i just always loved this location. But here lately the staff here has been rude, completely messed up the order and then blamed my family and I for the order being messed up. We will not be back

Slow service. The autumn squash soup was over reduced and had a thick skin on tjer surface. While it tasted fine it was unappetizing in appearance.

This was my first visit and give & give you a 5-star rating. Enjoyed the black bean soup and strawberry salad 😋.

Haven't been to Panera in a long time but never have I seen a full size entree portion this small anywhere...the two stars are solely due to the fact that the soup tasted good. Got the pasta and for something that costs close to $10, this was no where close to being satisfactory.

Note: I only realized this when I got home since it was a to-go order

Had a small issue with the self order kiosk, the staff were quick to help.

Had a free pick 2. That's how much I love Panera Bread. I chose the tomato soup which was thick and delicious and the turkey kale 1/2 sandwich. It was sorta bitter with nor much turkey, mostly cheese and kale. Won't get it again. Still love Panera! Great place to take your time, sip coffee, read.

2 months later. I find this place not as much to my liking as other locations. The staff is loud, we can hear them discussing their relatives, church, etc.and seems not to notice people individually. I doubt they take too much to suggestion either. Still love theproduct. My favorite presently is the Mediterranean Breakfast Sandwich on a whole wheat bagel, no ciabatta.
