They rarely answer their phone. It’s so hard to schedule anything this way. It’s ridiculous. I would rate them a lot higher if this wasn’t an issue. Maybe they could consider an online reservation system.

We've never had an issue with Pet Suites. We've been able to drop our pups off with no prior notice on non-busy/non-holiday weekends and been able to book for them to stay during busier weekends. I think they're a little expensive but we've never had issues with the care of our dogs and our cat. We even use the grooming service and have been pleased with each haircut. But they are not cheap.

They gave our cats a big multi-story space, lots of room to play. I really liked that every spot had something to attract a cats interest, a view of either a bird feeder outside, or an aquarium between spaces.

We have been using Petsuites for years and have been very happy with the care our dog receives. The last time we picked him up, his blanket was not returned nor his extra food (sent two extra days in case something happened). All of his treats and raw hides were returned so I guess he wasn’t given any. He smelled strongly of urine when we picked him up. I didn’t realize items were missing until I got home. When I called to ask about the blanket I was told they couldn’t find it and to keep calling back to see if they found it. I would think they would ask for my name and number so they could call me when it is found. I expressed how unhappy I was with this last visit and was told “sorry”. I’m not sure if there are new employees/management or what is going on. I’m very disappointed. The price does not match the service given.

My sweet beloved family dog stayed here for three days. He had no prior medical problems. When picked up he was covered in urine and not acting himself. My mother took him to the vet who diagnosed him with a very serious pneumonia. He was given IV antibiotics daily. He went from 15 lbs to 5 lbs in a matter of weeks after his stay here. He has since died as a result of negligent care and infection he most certainly picked up while here. To make matters worse, my mother called to find out why she picked him up in such a state (soaked in urine and a generalized mess). She inquired about what had transpired during his stay. They brushed her off. DO NOT send your beloved animals here. They are negligent, uncaring, and reckless with these sweet babies and their lives.

My dogs do like going here for daycare and boarding, but the staff DO NOT let them use the potty as often as they should. Even with paying for extra potty breaks, both of my dogs come home and go straight outside to urinate for longer than I have ever seen. When I asked the front desk why this was, they couldn't provide an answer. This seems to be a consistent concern with this place based on previous reviews. I am in the process of searching for a new doggie daycare.

Update: Downgrading my review to 1 star. PetSuites responded to my review and said that my dogs were just marking their territory and that it's very normal for a dog to go to the bathroom when they get home. There is a big difference between marking territory and really having to go.

This place is absolutely aweful! They do not care about anything expect company policy even in an emergency situation. I had to evacuate due to a hurricane and needed a place for my dog to stay for one night due to this emergency. Unfortunately, this company had no compassion for my situation. My dog is allergic to the bordetella vaccine and had not been given the shot. The employees explained to me that they could make an exception with explanation from my vet. My vet was kind enough to call, even after having evacuated because she undsertood the circumstance. Well unfortunately, they decided to not have any compassion for the situation and not allow him to stay. I ask you, if this place doesn't have compassion for this situation, do you think that they will have compassion for your dog staying there....

There must have been turnover in the last few months. We use to be very happy with our dogs care there (we paid for extra potty break). The last time (June) she was so sick when we picked her up....eyes infected, smelled like throwup and they said everything was fine. It took six weeks to get her healthy.

I have used this company on three separate occasions. Upon picking up my dogs, ALL three times, they stunk of urine. The third and final time I took them there my youngest dog had feces on her. It is obvious they are not being taken out as outlined in their agreement.

I payed for the additional "potty times" on the last two instances with the same results. I would also like to add my two dogs have not had an accident in my house in several years. They have not had an accident in their current dog kennels the now eight months I have been taking them there (I travel often)

I would steer away from this place, there is obviously a management issue as the problems I was experiencing were reoccurring after complaining several times. This place will neglect your pet.

*WARNING - THEY DON’T ALLOW DOGS TO USE THE RESTROOM FOR 13 HOURS STRAIGHT*
I have used this location multiple times and now I seriously regret it. I recently learned they don’t let the dogs out to use the restroom from 5:30pm-6:30am as part of the regular boarding. That is entirely too long. Any vet would tell you this is too long to make them wait. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable/painful it would be to not go to the restroom all evening and night after I get off work. We will not be giving them any more business.

Super helpful in getting my dog a place to play on short notice when I was in town visiting a family member who was in the hospital. Thanks!
