We stopped in for lunch while on a cross country bike ride, we where greeted with open arms "because we hug here" It was like having lunch with family. Chicken and dumplings where the best I ever had, shhh don't tell my grandma. Don't forget to have the peanut butter pie.

This is a great establishment! The catfish is my favorite thing to order. The tenderest, white flaky catfish you ever ate. The BBQ is off the chain as well! Highly recommend them. �

The food has always been terrific! I especially like the Chicken fried steak! And the portions are huge. Delicious home cooking in a friendly "down-home" atmosphere. What's not to like?!

The brisket was the best I've ever had and my buddy ate the catfish and he said the same! I'm going to have to figure out more excuses to drive through Omaha, TX in my travels so I can eat here more!

I was upset that no one every told me how good the food is at this place. Everything we has was fresh and flavorful. I am ready to go back soon!

I have had the catfish, hamburger and chicken strips. The food and service is the best around.

Great people, great food. Bring a big appetite, you will need it! Took home coconut & chocolate cream pie yesterday....oh my gosh, WONDERFUL! The chocolate cream had a chocolate crust, a wonderful surprise for this chocoholic!

Great food and great service by some wonderful folks. Every piece of meat (beef, pork, fish, chicken) I've had there is delicious. Highly recommended for a great meal.
