Wonderful evening of music by the super talented Frank Iarossi. Love, love, love the pear and blue cheese salad. Can't have everything at once so got a bowl of butternut squash and poblano soup to go! I eat there often because of the variety of choices and consistent high quality.

Wide variety of choices from baked goods, to lunch and dinner, to beer on tap.

We stopped in for the first time yesterday. My wife had spinach/bacon quiche with fresh fruit and I had spinach and ham quiche with roasted tomato soup. The quiche was creamy and flavorful and as far as the tomato soup goes my comparison would be to tomato soup I really like from La Madeleine. The Redbud soup went to the top of my list!! I believe we’ll be going back next weekend!

We ordered the delicious Reuben and turkey/ provolone sandwiches. Cole slaw was yummy, but the potatoe salad was bland. We also purchased several heavenly macaroons and cookies to take home. This is a great place to enjoy fresh food, amazing baked goods, and friendly service. We will definitely be back when traveling through Blanco.

We love the atmosphere. Doug likes their meatloaf sandwich. I tried the portobello mushroom sandwich this time. Very good!

We had a fantastic Cobb salad with the best dressing I have ever had in my entire life....and that is 73 years...so delicious. We can’t wait to come back again.

Very fun atmosphere and the food was delicious. Fun shop next door.

They were busy, but they were totally up front about the wait time for our food to be delivered (it came ten minutes sooner than expected). Fish wrap and Greek wrap were both delicious, as were the lavender iced tea and lemonade.

The food is very very good. Everything is made from scratch. The people who work there are very friendly. I love that place

The food and beer is awesome!!! The people there are friendly!!!

Redbud Cafe is and always has been a wonderful gem in the Blanco Hill Country. Consistently good, fresh and healthy fare, with outgoing, committed team members and owners. Love this place.

Impressive selection of beer. Filtered water, great tea. Delicious burgers and the best coleslaw ever!

If you're looking for fresh, delicious food with a touch of uniqueness...THIS IS FOR YOU. The owners are wonderful, down to earth people and the staff is always so willingly helpful. Highly recommend this special place!

I love this place! Nice relaxed atmosphere and everything in the menu is superb. Great customer service too!

Great restaurant. Went on a Sunday afternoon when they were swamped. Friendly service and not rushed. I ordered the BLAZE OF GLORY burger. It was done perfectly (medium) with grillled jalapeños and Serrano peppers on a slightly sweet jalapeño cheese ciabatta roll. Man, it was delicious. My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. It’s always great when they have the gluten free options. She loved it. And, if you want beer or wine, they have a large variety of local beer and wines. Don’t leave without desert... great homemade cookies, cakes, pies and cheesecakes.

Eight of us stopped there this past Saturday, two of us got the Rueben and we both agreed it was the best we'd ever had, perfect portion of pastrami, Swiss cheese, dressing, sauerkraut and marbled bread, most delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal, the owners were both out helping refilling drinks and checking on the customers, they were very friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to return.

Dave and I absolutely love this place we ate there twice in one weekend great food friendly people music in the evening loved it

Clean and comfort environment.

The food is really amazing. Very thing I eat was simply divine. Even when I was full I didn't want to stop eating.

You can eat indoor or outdoor.

And they have a good selection on wine and beer.

The shop attached next door to the Redbud is a joy. It takes me back to when I traveled across the border.

The best part is they are pet friendly.

Blue cheese bacon cheeseburger. This is the best thing I have ever stuffed my face with.

Been coming here for years. Everything on the menu is good, but the meatloaf sandwich is amazing. Got there before noon on Sunday, but it was apparent that the regional Miata drivers club got there ahead of me. So there was a 30 minute wait for anything out of the kitchen. So being in a bit of a rush...(poor me!) I had TWO of those big honkin cookies. Hah! Delicious!

Awesome , the first time there I ordered the pear salad with grilled chicken, which was amazing! It was recommended at the order desk, my husband had a sandwich /salad combo, he also loved the it, he said the marbled rye was delicious, we took some cookies to go, the chocolate toffee which was also recommend where so good. We will definitely be back

Amazing food and impeccable service. This just became one of our regular stops when we visit Daytona!

Always great food. The burgers are some of the best in Central Texas and the Reuben can’t be missed. Awesome music on weekends too!

After strolling the beautiful Perdenales Electric Cooperative Christmas light display in Johnson City, we found this gem in Blanco. Great service, yummy food and carol sing along topped off our pre-Christmas adventure at the Redbud Cafe. With Kevin and Aimee Hadas.

AH-MAZ-ING! A quick and easy place to eat, and hangout at! The food is top notch and the prices are great too! Hubby ordered the burger and was blown away, best burger ever!!! It was cooked to perfection, tender and all the topping were delicious!!! I had the meatloaf sandwich and I never thought I would rave about meatloaf but it is definitely something I would order again and again!!! They have evening entertainment, beer and wine, and great service! If there is a line it’s worth the wait! Check it out if you are in the area!!

3rd visit yesterday great food every time

I have had the western dip, and the French dip, both great. My mom has had the Portobello sandwich and the Reuben and she said those were great as well

Anonymous

The food was great, the wait was quoted to us for 30mins, we ended up asking about our food after 50mins I didn't appreciate that. My French dip was pretty good, the Ruben looked amazing. The burgers were great and pretty large. My gf had the honey mustard chicken sandwich and it too was so very delicious. We will be back to try the ruben!

Anonymous

Super cool place. Food was great! Great beer selection. Really really appreciate that they offered vegetarian options!!!!

Our first time here and it won’t be our last. The burgers were awesome. While waiting for our food I was watching what everyone else was getting. Everything looked yummy. Clean restaurant and pleasant employees.

Ordered a burger was really good really wanted a club which I was surprised didn't have. The fresh lemonade was perfect. Mother in law had the chicken salad loved it. She didn't like the coleslaw tho made with vinegar instead of mayo and sugar. Nice atmosphere. Definitely will go back

Anonymous

Neat little place. French dip and Western dip was good. Food was warm, potato salad was good and had a different twist. Staff was ok, not super friendly. I think most people expect a friendlier staff from a small town place but it was the same as any big city sandwich shop.

Anonymous

My husband & I ate here during Blanco lavender festival! Food& atmosphere was great. My husband had a roast beef sandwich & I had a croissant sandwich with chicken salad! Bother we’re delicious! Would definitely visit again!

Anonymous

It was a busy place and everyone working was friendly. Since it was busy, it did take a little longer to get my food. I had the French dip, which tasted great. The rest of the menu looked good as well. There were a few items that were marked as sold out but again, that is due to the crowd it attracts. I’d stop and eat there again.

Anonymous

Dropped in for lunch after being at the Lavender Fest! Had the tuna on multi grain bread. Hubby had turkey and cheese sandwich. Both were very good. Had their coleslaw which was good too 😋😋. There’s plenty of room in this restaurant. And they serve fast and you get checked out fast too! But we got there before a larger crowd came in.

Anonymous

Pretty good food, good beer selection and really enjoyed the music. But almost an hour is a long time to wait for a burger and sandwich. Although everyone was very friendly.
