We have eaten here on multiple occasions. Always loved Schlotzskys so glad to see one in little ol Huntsville when we moved here. Today we went in for lunch around one. When we walked in the cashier told us that their computers were down but would be back up in a few mins. They could write down our order and get it made and then we could pay whenever the machines were back up. I asked if they would be taking credit cards and she said as soon as the computers came back up they would. A few mins later the employee came to the table and informed us that the credit machines weren't coming back up. She also informed us that our meal today was on them!!! What a great Valentine's surprise!!! Thanks Schlotzskys for AWESOME customer service!!!

The store is clean, with friendly, attentive staff. It's always a great place to visit, while on our way home.

It was my 84year old Moms first visit there. We got the pizza! The young lady at the register was very sweet and helpful.

Amazing service! Friendly thoughtful staff! They know what we like (we order the same thing every Thursday) and they begin preparing our food the moment we walk in the door!! It's our favorite place!!!!

My favorite sandwich from that chain is the pastrami Reuben; but every time I go there they tell me it’s too much trouble to order The sauerkraut. So I always leave there with nothing!!! �. I quit going!
