We go frequently and there is a good reason for it. Amazing service and good food. Always hot and fresh. Everyone at the window is very happy every time I see them. The only time we've had to wait for our food was tonight and (I'm thinking) as a sorry for making you wait, we received two cookies for free. This is why I'll keep going back. Thank you Schlotzsky's!!!

The sandwiches are delicious a I'd recommend schlotzsky's to my friends to eat there if they're ever in Seguin

If anyone knows me...they would know my standards of customer service are very high. I want to thank Brianna for her "white glove" service she gave me and my family. Thank you very much and we will definitely be returning!

Everytime i have there to eat with my children they have been so nice and the food was amazingly good. My children would rather eat there than McDonald's.

A great lunch with a friendly staff. An employee came to our table as we were enjoying our meal and offered us each a free cookie. How can people not leave feeling happy after that? We'll be back.

Wanted to leave the moment we sat down after ordering our food!! OMG the flies are seriously bad! Told the girl at the counter and she said management is aware. It's disgusting.

Today, a Texas Deputy was in uniform at the time, ordered lunch through the drivethru at Schlotzsky's (Seguin, TX), looked down at his receipt, and saw this lovely memo on it (his receipt said F*** u). He called the store and found out it was the cashier that did it! Im disgusted and disappointed.

I would like to believe this was just one individuals actions and not something corporate would approve of. I sure hope schlotzsky's will take proper action for this employee's behavior.

I can't believe you would have a manager that disrespect an officer while he is just trying to get something to eat. This will be passed around for everyone to see.
