This is a great location. I had an issue with some food a couple of weeks ago and the manager, Carol, made it right. I appreciate the effort made by her and her staff. I love this place and will continue to come back for lunch!

We love Schlotzky's, generally. I'm not sure what's up with this one but every time we go, and I mean EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. they get my husband's sandwich order wrong. Literally, never gotten it correct. It's not hard to ring up and make a sandwich correctly, I've worked for Schlotzky's before. No mayo, sub bbq sauce. Super easy, right? Nope. Guess not. Thankfully, my hubby knows how much I love their sandwiches so he keeps indulging me. I think the 35 minutes in the drive thru tonight may have changed his mind, though.

The flavor of the food is not why I didn't like it bc I never got my food. Tried to go through the drive thru yesterday about 6. There was one truck in front of me already at the pick up window. Waited a couple of minutes for them to take my order and then several more before seeing the girl try to hand the people in front of me a bag and then take it back. Couple of more minutes go by and she hands them a bag but as they are driving off she yells at them so they stop and try to back up but I've move up so he throws his hand in the air and drives on through so as I get to the window the worker is yelling and cussing! I told them I wouldn't be getting my order and would be making a complaint....btw I went through Panda Express AND Dairy Queen drive thrus in less time I waited in line at schlotzskys

I'm done with this location. I wish I had a picture if the flatbread I got in Burleson yesterday! Looked just like on the Schlotzsky's website! Loads of flavor, avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, chopped bacon, peppers..amazing! I decided I'd have one here in Cleburne today. There are six pieces of avocado, a strip of bacon down the middle, 10 little pieces of chicken, no cilantro, no tomatoes, one piece of red pepper... As a business, I'd be embarrassed to sell something that looks like this! I WISH IT LOOKED LIKE THAT PICTURE! THE ONE IN BURLESON DID!

Who ever keeps running the kitchen either needs to go slow and read, or listen better. I recently moved to Texas and have been trying new places. Schlotzsky's is a place I've been trying to give a chance, the issue is when ever I order (mind you it's the same thing all 4 times) the simplest request is messed up. "No onions." Nothing hard, crazy, or difficult. I'm allergic to onions, and it sucks wasting money just to find out "Surprise! Your order taker even went back out to you, to confirmed you wanted 'no onions'? Ha Ha, I gave them to you anyways!"

I always give places 5 tries. I like the idea, and the food isn't bad quality. Just listen to your customers, please. I'm not saying my one person business will effect you any if by my 5th visit I choose never to go back, I'm aware it won't. But take the advice even just a little.

I had high hopes for Schlotzsky'S (W Henderson St - Cleburne, Tx), but it fell short. The latte lacked depth, and the atmosphere was too noisy for my liking. Not the coffee haven I expected.
