We discovered this place a few years ago.. of course the homemade pies drew us in! We’ve introduced several ppl to this family restaurant. The chicken fried steak is my guys’ favorite! 😋

We call this restaurant (which is the food is totally awesome), the Pie stop....because we stop and make it a point to come eat the best pie in all of Liberty County....and drink some of the best coffee around town but even better than that is the service especially from Bethany. We thank you for good country cooking, your delicious pies and your southern hospitality......from me...you get a 5+...

Simply Country is Simply Awesome! We will be back! The Chicken Fried Steak was perfect... the Fried Shrimp was Awesome and the onion rings are to die for...I truly dont believe anyone will be disappointed...service was Great!! Loved it!

My husband and I visited this place last night for the first time. It took alittle while for the food to come out, but it was absolutely delicious! My hubby had the ribeye and I had the chicken fried steak. Huge portions and we had to take home half of it! We also tried the banana pudding!!! So good!!! We will be back!

I've never eaten anything there that I did not like. The food is delicious! The service is great! The atmosphere makes you feel at home. Great management! Awesome desserts too! If you don't try Simply Country you are really missing a treat!

I had the ribeye and shrimp. The steak was cooked perfectly and the shrimp was excellent. The chocolate pie was so good I took a whole one home with us. Our waitress, Rachael was awesome!

Eat there often. Food is always great service is great and the people that work there are some of the best people you will ever meet.

All the food was really good, and the pies were off the chain. The people were wonderful, too. I really wish we didn't live several hours away. When we were in the area, we ate here every meal we could.

LOVE this place! I usually just get their chicken fried steak & Charlotte & Gracie's pies are to die for!! If you like good countrified food, this place is IT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had the Chicken Fried Chicken w/ White Gravy, Chicken Fried Steak with Brown Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Baked Potato, Fried Okra, Green Beans, and a piece of Pecan Cheesecake.

The Steaks & gravies were great. The Baked Potato could have used a few more minutes in the oven and the Fried Okra was good but had cooled by the time served (I am used to Okra being too hot to eat when served). Green beens had great flavor but a little salty.

Pecan Cheesecake was Fantastic.

Had breakfast there with a group of 13 people. Food arrived on time for everyone and the was friendly and efficient.
