This Smoothie King is, in my opinion, the best "fast food" establishment in this town. Great products and even greater employees! I've had them offer me a larger size smoothie to compensate for the extra they made on accident instead of just throwing the extra away; and I've had an employee come out to my car before leaving to let me know he made my smoothie with the wrong flavor and offer to make a new one. The group that works here is awesome - please keep up the stellar job, it doesn't go unnoticed! Way to go!

Not only do they provide a great healthy alternative to the fast food restaurants around here in Jacksonville,NC they find time to give back to the community on many different occasions... I've had the pleasure of DJing for one of these events that gave back to the community ... Great people, Great smoothies, Great Time....

Just left and the costumer service was AMAZING!!!

They were so sweet all smiling every single one of them. I come every day after the gym and it’s always the same like 5 girls that honestly are so sweet!!!

It’s a great place for smoothies and meal replacement smoothies. Great for a breakfast or healthy snack! Plus the workers are always nice and friendly.

I'm new to the area and we had our first smoothies on the ugly sweater giveaway. I finished mine before we got to the car and I'm incredibly hooked. I see us being life long smoothie king patrons. I will edit this to add reviews of all the smoothies as I try them.



The first one I had was strawberry, there wasn't a lot of Razzle Dazzle but it was still delicious and left me satisfied.

I love Smoothie King!! Great taste, many excellent choices for all moods and motivations, and they are constantly giving back to the community. This is the kind of business that we need in Jacksonville, and all over the nation!

I am not a yogurt person, never liked yogurt but after taking my kids for the first time and speaking with the nice man about why I don't he gave me a sample to try, hesitant as always but I drank it and now I'm addicted! I love the banana boat and the strawberry! He told me I wouldn't be disappointed and his was right! I visit at least once a week now! Customer service in both locations is fantastic. And love everything they do in the community to help others!

Went 2 times in 2 days and purchased the same smoothie both times. Both tasted completely different. In addition, it seems like they make one smoothie at a time and that's only when you arrive at the window and pay is when the process begins.

We went to the back to school event. You ran out of bookbags which was not an issue. I think it is great how you help our community. I was however very disappointed when I went to purchase a smoothie for my dad and was turned away because you do not accept cash. Then I went back and asked him what he would like me to do since we walked the 20 minutes there. He said a water would do just fine. I said okay because I have been given a cup of water several times through drive thru with the order of my smoothie. After asking for a cup of water since they won't accept my cash I was told no. That I could not have a cup of water for my dad. I am very upset. You host an event outside and cannot give put a cup of water. I was trying to pay for it. Thank goodness nothing happened to my dad on the walk home. He can only have certain ingredients and the one you were given for free was not allowed. �
