Absolutely Wonderful!! When I went inside this morning I told the Manager how much I loved this location. We have made it our home location because we have visited others and they are the best!! No comparison!!

We are Incredible impressed with the costumer service we received. She was incredibly patient with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted. She did it with a smile and told us she was happy to be there. Our order was perfect. Thank you!

I changed my review from 5 stars to just 2 because there have been some staffing changes at this location and since then, service has been slow and pretty disinterested. On three or more occasions I have gone in and waited for more than 15 minutes for my order when theres been less than 4 people in the location and 1 or 0 customers ahead of me. I don't know what's going on, but I hope they get some attentive associates soon. I should mention the 1st time it happened the barista was nice enough to comp my coffee, but only because I made a point to wait at the counter with a dismayed look on my face.

The staff is always very friendly and happy to help for a Starbucks they get through the drive-thru line very quickly

Slowest service EVER! Long drive thru lines because of extraordinarily SLOW employee service. Good place to come if you have a couple hours to spare waiting.

This is one of my favorite locations. I am a regular drive-thru customer. The staff is ALWAYS smiling and the service is outstanding!

This is the closest spot to my house to sit down and have a cuppa, because of that we're there fairly frequently. Unfortunately, it's been "found" as Pflugerville has grown and it's become increasingly rare to be able to find a spot to sit, especially inside. It's a small store, so there isn't a great deal of seating to start with and very little of it can accommodate people with laptops, leading to necessity of the ever-present coffeehouse problem: a single person at a four person table. The folk who work there are always nice, and the coffee is what you'd expect at any Starbucks. Just don't go expecting you'll be able to find a seat.

It's a pretty typical Starbucks, as the coffee/food is concerned. The employees were particularly nice here.

I would take the extra 5 minutes to drive to a different Starbucks if you're coming in on Wednesday evening.

I am unsure of it being company standard to vacuum while customers are here, but there were 4-6 people in the store who were noticeably being disturbed by both the consistent vacuuming and the consistent distraction from the employees loud conversation.

I happened to take a look at the required uniform and only one employee was in the proper uniform.

Overall: This location lacks enforcement of standards with employees... I wouldn't be surprised if the quality of Starbucks product is also an issue at this location.

Employees:
- Nice yet unprofessional.
- Out of uniform.
- If I can tell what a barista is talking about from 20 ft. away, it might be a little loud.

I practically live here. It's close to home, the workers are friendly, there are lots of benefits and offers and they are so quick, even during their busy hours.

I rarely splurge for coffee from Starbucks and other similar shops. This location makes all the expected drinks great and has good food options. Food and drinks are expensive.
