I love this location! I always stop here on my way to work and I’m always greeted with a smile. The new look is awesome as well!

I always like coming to this location. A few days ago, they did a very good job handling a disgruntled customer that was highly agitated for no reason whatsoever.

This location is very warm and cozy. I always have a pleasing time when I'm here.

Only have 1 seasonal bread, no chocolate croissants and everyone working just doesn’t give a crap. Always slow at this location and not even a line right now. It’s like everyone is drawing straws for who is going to work.

Starbucks still has the worst coffee. Only got it because it was free. Would have rather paid for coffee at 7-11

I went to Starbucks to purchase a gift card and mug this morning. I decided to return the mug later that afternoon. Noted, that I was not given a receipt because usually they would ask me if I would like one. Since they did not ask me for one, I figured they placed it in the bag with the mug and gift card but no they did not. The manager could not refund the money back to me even when I purchased it with my credit card and told me that I could only get store credit. The best part? She couldn't even give me a full refund of the mug. She told me she was technically cheating the company by doing the refund and her exact words "I could care less if I get the refund" wow. Just wow. What kind of workers do you have running this place? So rude to the customers. No customer service skills whatsoever. I usually get Starbucks every morning and after this act. Time for a different coffee shop.
