Great Coffee, but....I'm not much of a complainer, but the last few times I was there... The restrooms were super filthy...and the sitting area was dirty...and the wait was long. I won't be going back for a while.

I was in the store at 9am and the floor was dirty. I moved twice because ants were on the floor. Lots of ants had gathered on some food on the floor.
My drink was good though.

One of the best Starbucks that I have ever been to. The personel are very pleasant and they have an amazing customer service. Also love how big the space is. Defenetly will be coming here more often

Amazing. They know you by name through the drive thru & always remember your order from past visits. Love the Trenta size, Cold Teas, Merch & Blended Creme Frapp's!

My big complaint about this location is that you cannot escape the loud music. Inside, outside, doesn't matter, the music is typically too loud. When I have asked for the volume to be lowered, it is, but next visit it's cranked right back up. Too loud for coffee shop ambiance or reading, more like being at da club. I have given this feedback to Starbucks Customer Care on the website several times but nothing changes. I often leave sooner than I had planned simply because I can't read or even hear myself think.

I went thru the drive thru this morning and I was very disappointed, i have a very sensitive tongue therefore i ordered my coffee at kids temperature, well to make the story short my tongue still burnt and hurting(more than 12 hours later). They made my coffee at regular temp. To make things worse the bagel with cream cheese i ordered was missing the cream cheese, had to drive back and the lady was very rude. I will never stop at this lication again. 😠

One of the best Starbucks I've been to. The staff are very polite and friendly. The drink quality is perfect every time and the tables are always clean. If you are looking for a place to relax with your favorite coffee drink; or need a place to cram for your next big test, there's no place better.

The sick tea! Secret item on the menu, helps out tremendously when you just don't feel well! And my kids always love the chocolate croissants and kids temp hot cocoa.

I love Starbucks However, I'm not so crazy about this One!! The staff is a bit rude,slow and inpatient . My biggest concern with this piticular stbks is how Slow, backed up they get inside and out during VIP time's within the day My advice, Just don't ever be in a HURRY when choosing this one or make it your"' Quick pick" choice for your coffee day.

Always friendly, never a problem. Best Starbucks in arlington/Mansfield area.
