Ellie is a positive smiling face that is good to see. Especially in the morning when people are grumpy and in a hurry. She is a great asset to that place. I’ve had some grumpy workers deal with me before and she is wonderful.

Great coffee, drinks are always great! Sometimes the drive thru is slow, so it's faster to go inside and order.

I used to like going to this location and went daily. However, the last several months I've limited how often I go. I use the mobile app every time. I will place my order and wait 10 minutes or more before even leave to go pick it up. I've never had a issue, until recently. When I get there, busy or not, it's not ready. I watch several people order while I'm there, and they get their orders. I always have to ask for my order. Sometimes, they can't find it. I have tell them what my order is and wait longer while it's made. The employees do not seem cheerful and seem to be in chaos. Today it happened again. I had to go to the order counter and ask about my drink. The gentleman that was at the counter said it was in line to be made. I continued to wait while others placed orders after me and got their orders before me. Remember, this was a online order for convenience. The same gentleman saw I was still waiting and asked what my order was. I told him and he made my drink. I've gone to the location for several years and the customer service has changed and not in a good way!

My drink was made well and the atmosphere is calm. I waited a bit before my order was taken. I was acnolaged by 2 deffernt ppl before I had my order taken.

I am very disappointed with this starbucks. I moved here a couple months ago, and most of the times I have gone in I wait for EVER for a cup of water or my regular pike coffee which does not have to be prepared. It almost seems as they never give my order to the barista. Their employees either need to be faster or they need more staff at one time, the employees are nice. But if you are in a hurry not the best Starbucks to stop at.

Drive-thru barista was very sweet and kind. She got our order correct and we didn't have to repeat our, admittedly, complicated drinks! Our 2 drinks came out quickly and accurate, too.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I enjoy this Starbucks. The staff here is great.

I'm not sure what these are, I skimmed them off of my coffee this morning and was extremely disgusted. I've never had coffee with this on top. Please, if this is normal, let me know.

The barista at the drive through was so nice and my order was received promptly. My creme brulee latte was simply AMAZING! I also ordered the double bacon, nice and crispy and the bread was perfectly flaky. I got my 2 girls (2 1/2 and 5) the bacon gouda sandwich and they gobbled them up pretty quickly. All in all, I will most assuredly be returning!

The employees are always nice no matter what time of day you come in and the interior is very modern and cozy.
