I love Starbucks. The crew here always seems friendly and welcoming. With that in mind, I would like it if they were a bit faster. When I am in a hurry, (I run three businesses and have a three month old baby) I need to get on the run fast. Because I am so busy I need a pick me up more often than not, I get a Starbucks often.

Best View from any Starbucks, so far! Great location, plenty of seating, lots of electrical, fair amount of parking and fully supplied with salad.
And did I say, What a Great View! Especially of the Colorado River valley in the distance!

Service was a bit slow but coffee was decent. They had a view finder in the outside seating area. We arrived at sunset, the view was beautiful :)

Gorgeous, gorgeous views! Unfortunately that's about where my enjoyment for this Starbucks ends. I went twice within my week stay and both days the drinks were very mediocre, borderline aggravatingly bad. I find this confusing given I got a Refresher beverage and to my knowledge it's made by measuring the juice then mixing it with water. I'm not sure how they managed to mess it up, twice, and make it water with a little bit of juice. I feel bad writing this because the employees are all super friendly. Maybe some new/better training will fix the issue.

The baristas here are always very friendly and personable. Very wonderful place to just get away and be by yourself.

Whenever I visit this establishment, Laura Cannon forces coffee upon me in a vigorous manner. Normally I like coffee, but this is just too far.

The customer service is amazing!! There is a manager named Karla who runs a great crew. She is very professional and is an awsome leader!!

To the bearded gentleman working here who covered the price of my coffee for me just for being in uniform, your small act of kidness meant so much to me. Some of us soldiers are dealing with things beneath the surface that we don't really want the world to see and we don't want to ask for help, but it helps so much to see such kindness out of the blue. You really helped improve my day sir, Thank you.

Relax atmosphere and excellent coffee. Staff very friendly and establishment is clean.

I was shocked and appalled when I stopped by for a quick cup of coffee. The manager of the store (didn't look like one but apparently was) told his fellow barista where we all could hear to not apologize to the customer. I can't think of situation where that would be appropriate and regional manager should consider changing out this person with more customer service mindset manager. All I can say is, I'm not stopping at this location to give people like this business. I don't know his name but it occurred this evening on December 30th. I'm hoping Starbucks makes some adjustment to people with a managerial skill set.

Will never come here again. The pasty, overweight male barista was incredibly rude. They have two unisex bathrooms and neither had toilet paper. As a woman, so gross. I let a female barista know and she brought me some tp and said "sorry it was empty." Then, IN FRONT OF ME AND MY FAMILY, the fat white male barista said "why did you apologize?" Seriously? How rude. I could care less about forgetting to check bathrooms for tp (although they apparently hadn't bothered to check in awhile as they had to go across the street to cvs to buy more) but for him to tell her she shouldn't have simply said I'm sorry to a put out, paying customer in front of the customer, her family, and other patrons is outrageous.

Absolutely the worst experience at a Starbucks. Waited over 30 minutes before walking out with only half of my order. Drinks were being made out of order and only partial of orders were being madw, baristas were too concerned with texting and discussing the packaging of the straws and making sure they got their break. I never leave a bad review but this service was unacceptable!
