As always, service was friendly and coffee was great. Spent 3 hours coding there in perfect harmony, so again as always great wifi.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Just had the worst experience at this location! Terrible customer service and turn around time. I have serious concerns about food handling and cleanliness!
I went inside and ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. They were busy, so I expected to wait. 20 minutes later I still did not have my order. I went to the counter and asked, they said they are "working on it". 10 minutes later I still did not have my items. So went to the register and asked for the manager and a refund. The manager, Nic didn't even bother to apologize! He was dismissive and just said "we had a problem with our printer". Bad customer service!
The barista did not label the bags with food. So all the bags on the receiving counter were picked up, touched, and opened by multiple people before correct customer got their items. It was dirty!
I will never go here again!

The staff or wonderful if you have anything wrong with your coffee they will immediately replace it very friendly staff sometimes they can get very busy but other than that I find it a great place to socialize

Absolutely worst Starbucks ever. There are several things wrong from wrong drinks served to price discrepancies that if I'd not noticed would have resulted in being overcharged three different times.
The worst annoyance is the new drive through refill policy that now requires you to have to park and come for a simple coffee refill. I usually order a coffee while dropping my middle grade child off for school. I have a toddler strapped in the back seat. After dropping my older one off and running a quick errand I used to be able to zip by the window for a quick refill. The new policy requires me to park, unstrap my little one from the back and carry him in to wait in line for a simple refill. To much hassle for overpriced mediocre coffee. I'm done with them.

The dude at the drive thru window is very good at his job working to get us out of the line asap

Slowest drive-thru EVER! Don't go here unless you have 30 minutes to spare. Staff and drinks are fine as long as you have nowhere to be.

Fast internet and friendly staff. The chairs and tables are not comfortable for long periods. So no if you intend to sit and read, work, etc. you may find you need a change in scenery. There is a small outdoor patio area that is nice to sit when the weather is good.

Got a simple iced black coffee, with almond milk. Easiest order you could possibly want. And they gave me spoiled almond milk that was curdled at the bottom. Very disappointed that they didnt even take the time to go to the back and get a new one. Ruined my day.

This is possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The employees are nice enough but obviously don't care about doing a good job, they act like the customers are interrupting their hangout time and have no urgency or efficiency in anything they do. The place is usually embarrassingly dirty and unkempt, and they make it look like the place is closed or closing two hours before closing (chairs upside on tables, etc.) It is my nearest Starbucks, and I'm really unhappy that it is so poorly managed. I'm surprised corporate lets the manager of this store get away with it.

I love Starbucks and go there 4 or 5 times a week. I especially love the order ahead feature and I use it all the time. The staff here are very friendly, thus the one star. With that being said, this store is hands down the worst Starbucks. They clearly have supply chain issues. No matter when I went all Winter, they were out of apple juice for the spiced cider, which can be purchased across the street at Randalls. The same brand, nothing unique to Starbucks. When they rolled out the Berry Sangria, they ran out the third day and it was at least a week before it was available. When it came back in stock, they ran out of the components, berries and fruit, etc. Over the course of the past few months, they've only had berries once. I called Starbucks corporate and they were very responsive. I received a follow up call from a regional manager who also visited the store and his experience was similar, they were still out of a featured drink and everything else he tried to order. Today we went to get breakfast and drinks for the family. My husband ordered the featured sandwich and they were out, so he went with a basic sandwich....also out. The only sandwiches are the ones no one likes. So on to the drinks, Pumpkin Spice Latte, as Starbucks as it gets in the Fall. No Pumpkin Spice, out of stock. If we were ordering something special or bizarre, I understand how they may not have the ingredients on hand. We are ordering standard menu items and featured items. If you're going to have a featured menu item or a particular sandwich is popular, order accordingly. It's not an occasional occurrence, they are always out of everything. I suggest the Manager runs out if something too, a job.

Ordered a bagel and cream cheese this morning. I got my bagel all nice and warm and toasty..... but there was no cream cheese. Though they did give me three plastic knives.
