The employees are really nice and they don't typically take long to give you your order. All the drinks are usually good. Except for today. I tried out the maple pecan frappucino and maybe it's just how it tastes usually but it just tasted like iced milk and whipped cream. I didn't taste any type of pecan and barely any maple. I'll just stick to the salted caramel as my fall drink. 😅

I always go to this location cause they are fast. All the times I have gone, never had issues.

I had walked 3 miles and needed to rest my weary bones. They brought me ice water without me asking. That alone gets my 5 stars.

Now this is one of my favorite Starbucks, because, of the friendly and fast service! My order is always correct and even if they have a long line of cars in the drive thru they get it down really quick!

Staff very nice and friendly. Fast Service. Drive through gets packed. But inside its preety fast.

Great fast service. Come here nearly every morning for work. Never a major customer buildup. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

On my first visit, the associate at the drive-thru was unwelcoming and seemed really annoyed or irritated. On my second visit, the associate at the drive thru was friendlier but when I got to my destination with my order, it was wrong all around. Instead of a Vanilla Bean Frappe I received a caramel frappe. Instead of a regular coffee I received an Americano. Small details, big impact. I wouldn't willingly return to this location as the customer service doesn't seem to be on par with other Starbucks locations.

Andrea was very courteous and welcoming. My order was handed to me exactly as requested. By far my top barista.

Great atmosphere. Warm and cozy. A haven for a rainy day.
