Best Starbucks in Dallas medical district. Good place to have a heart attack 'cuz half the kids studying are med students here.

Fav drink- iced white tea lemonade with 9 pumps of cane sugar.
White tea is not sweet but this gives it flavor and it's sweet enough.

I’m a big fan of the mobile order feature, however, this location has been performing poorly with having mobile orders ready or even started when I arrive the last few months. I have tried multiple times for the chance for this to work out, giving as much as 20 minutes prior notice on my order before arriving. The last 2 visits, in a rush to complete the order, the drink was not even close to what was ordered. I’ve been very displeased with this location lately. Used to be a great perk to swing in, grab and go on my way to work. Friendly faces that would wish you a nice day by name. That is a thing of the past at Gaston & Haskell.

Line moves slowly every time I'm here. It's ridiculous. I just don't think anyone should have a 20 minute drive through experience... ever. Not mention the staff is rude and unapologetic. It happens every time a go, unfortunately is the only one close to my house. I watch people leave because they wait so long.

My experience here has been wonderful. I was ordering the pumpkin spice frap and my son was interested in it but afraid he wouldn't drink it. So he was going to taste mine. He did not like it and we went to order his and the barista thought I was buying him another one and offered to remake him one so I didn't have to pay again. They were great at this location and I'll be more than happy to return.

I love how convenient the location is to where I live but the parking is terrible. It is disappointing that the past 2 times I've been here they have messed up my order. I ordered the everything bagel bites to find out 7 minutes later, they gave my order to the drive thru and now were out. I received a gift card for my next visit which was great service recovery. After my experience today, I think I only received that gift card due to the owner/manager questioning the associate. Today, I waited 15 minutes for the egg white bites. I sat, paced, and no one asked to help me. I had to reach out to ask where the rest of my order was. Overall, just disappointing.

3 stars because employees were not very attentive. Made me stand when ordering for entire 6 mins when there were 3 people working behind. Good overall experience apart from that.

Always a wait..... doesn't matter if you go in or sit in the car. They get four stars for being so sweet to my special request for my two year old and his love of a strawberry sparkly.

This is sadly the closest Starbucks to my home. With that being said it's definitely the slowest! With all of the employees on hand the use of them is staggered causing long lines watered down Frappuccinos or sweaty coffee. Furthermore the employees are lack luster leaving much to be desired.

I never complain about Starbucks but this one is not the best. It's like their Baristas weren't trained to make basic drinks. I have had to take my drinks back twice in one month because they were nasty. The manager is nice but some of the other staff have pretty bad attitudes and can be very sarcastic.

Do not go to this location. I have an issue every single time. This time, it was an employee that clearly should adjust her attitude if she's going to work in a service position and also know what is in stock when a customer requests.
I could verbatim describe the entire order taking experience I had just now....from the supposed headset issue, to the employee telling me this particular sandwich was in stock, but actually wasn't. I just made this my very last time visiting this location. I rather travel the additional 7 minutes to Uptown or an additional 17 minutes to Mesquite than to visit this location less than 5 minutes from my home. Never again, not even for a free drink. Thankful to the young woman at the drive thru window for remaining professional and apologetic in regards to the order taker with the gray and black hair. The nerve.

Do not come here if you want a drink in a reasonable amount of time. Waited in drive through line for over 30 minutes. If we weren't stuck in line we would have left. Get to the window all the girl says is, "We are short staffed!"
