We just recently moved to the area and tried the cracked mug house for the first time, last weekend. It was delicious, friendly staff, cozy place, reasonably priced and it's local coffee! Had a caramel latte and a regular hot with cream and lavender (both of which were yummy). We will be going there often.

This is my go to coffee place now! The staff and owners are amazing!! Not only can you get a great cup of coffee but you can have fresh made breakfast, brunch, or lunch. I highly recommend The Cracked Mug! ☕️

My wife and I stopped in Saturday to check out your shop and we loved it. Very cool setting and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The topper was seeing that you serve The Brown Coffee Company's beans! Being just down the street in Helotes, this made our weekend. Congrats on the opening and looking forward to many more visits!

Love this quiet little hidden place in town. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere the environment is just lovely. It beats that city rush and that city environment. It’s a beautiful place to go and enjoy your company.

Love this place! This is the cute charming local coffee/lunch place I've been dreaming of since I moved to Helotes!

Old Town Helotes finally living up to its potential!

Beautiful relaxing setting, nice people , kid friendly, and...something other than fried greasy food in the area! Just add a couple of soup/salad options to the lunch menu and I'd be completely set �

Love love Love! This is a great place to have coffee/tea or food. I took my kids and mom there for breakfast and it was amazing. They have kids menu and my daughter loved their yummy waffles with fruit. The coffee was on point and prices were very reasonable. The employees were so friendly and helpful. I very much appreciate that they give military discount and I will be back often. This will be my new favorite coffee house!

I'm in Helotes every Monday night and I will be here every time. Great coffee and a super chill atmosphere. It's nice and quiet and the staff is really nice. Great place to read or get some work done.

I ordered a turkey sandwich, fruit and an organic blueberry muffin. Sandwich was great - loaded with plenty of turkey. Blueberry muffin was fantastic- best I've ever tasted!!! People were friendly and the atmosphere is great; loved it! �

Great Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap! Awesome customer service! We ordered PB&J for our 2 kids to share and didn't think to ask what flavor of jelly was used. It was strawberry, and our son doesn't like strawberry jelly. The server very kindly and professionally offered to make his half again with grape! How awesome! The cold brew coffee my wife requested was perfect! My hot cafe mocha was a bit weak and tangy in flavor, but the rest of my experience well covered for it! We will definitely plan to visit again! 5 stars!

My wife is a coffee drinker. Me??? Not so much. However, I do enjoy visiting w her cause the place is relaxing and quaint. U can sit in a room that's like home or sit in a small outdoor nook type porch or sit near a small fountain. A two person swing available. Plenty of shade, food and pleasant staff. I will definitely visit again.
