I had high hopes for The Modern Well, but it didn't live up to the hype. The coffee was average, and the pastries were disappointing. I won't be recommending it.

Had a chance to pop into The Modern Well at 3837 Main St, Rowlett, Texas 75088, and it was a solid experience. Ordered their flat white, and it was pretty darn good. The café has a rustic charm with wooden furniture and indie tunes playing in the background. It's a place where you can relax and enjoy your coffee without any fuss.

The Modern Well is my coffee haven! The baristas consistently craft the perfect latte, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere at the 3837 Main St, Rowlett, Texas 75088 location makes it an ideal spot for unwinding. I could spend hours there.
