A Perfect coffee is more than what you think. The coffee berries has to be picked only when they are ready. They have to process within a timely manner. They have to roast specifically to their character, not light, medium or dark. Their grain size has to be just right, not too large or too fine. Then then we have to make sure the exact weight is on the porta filter. The pressure on the espresso machine has to be exact. We have to stamp at 40 lbs only. Your milk has froth correctly depending on your order. Now you enjoy your Perfect Java.

We have been thee several times and it’s always delicious. But today it was phenomenal ! The two baristas made amazing coffee and smoothie. I’m not sure who the gentleman was but he made my cinnamon ooh la la latte and it was the best ever. He explained his frothing process to us and now we cannot wait to try his cappuccino! He makes a mean latte!

We are lucky to have some great coffee shops in the area. I regularly work out of coffee shops when I have "home" office days. What I enjoyed about The Perfect Latte are three things: 1) the passion the workers have for the product 2) the unbeatable customer service 3) that the atmosphere is a bit more dialed down compared to others and that the music isn't blaring loud. A cozy and inviting atmosphere where I can work and take phone calls when needed.

Great job to this shop. And priced well. Will be back to work and sip on some great coffee.

We are loving the new coffee shop that just opened up recently over by the Palladium movie theater . The atmosphere was great and we were greeted by a barista who recommended one of the specialty espresso drinks. What we thought was really cool was all the imported coffee beans were on display behind the bar in these large dispensers. Our drinks were great and we had a piece of quiche which was made, we were told, by a local French bakery - also DELICIOUS!!!! Thank you so much The Perfect Latte ! We will definitely be back!!

Very interesting and yummy chai tea and veggie quiche. I enjoyed the guitarist. The owner was delightful and spent time explaining the extensive menu of coffees and teas.

This place is amazing! I have come here twice now and I don't think I will ever stop. I am one of those people that thought you had to order some sugar filled flavor injected coffee like substance that most of your major chain coffee shops push on you. I was totally wrong! Hahn the owner here took the time to make my trip an experience. She broke down the to me the shuttle differences between each type of dink from espresso to latte. this is the kind of hands on treatment alone that is worth coming back for I'm a huge customer service motivated person. But then when I took that first drink of my Ethiopian chocolate and marshmallow latte I about fell in love! ��� but really it's so BOMB I will keep coming back for sure, I recommend you stop in and ask them to make you something it will be worth it for sure. My drink literally tasted like the chocolate covered coffee beans you get from Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.

The Perfect spot for a perfect Latte. Consistently perfect every time.

No long lines prompt, quick Service with a smile everytime.

They also have the best chocolate & almond croissants as well as a "mashup - hybrid" choco-almond croissant to kill for! Cupcakes & cookies & other assorted pastries.

They also serve quiche & sandwich, soups & salads if your in the mood for something savory.

The Perfect Place!

The Perfect Latte is the perfect place to curl up with a good book, hang out with a friend, meet up for a business meeting etc. The ambiance is laid back and inviting creating a great space to enjoy a good cup of joe! Definitely recommend it.

My family and I stopped by The Perfect Latte last night and I must say it was awesome! I ordered the Coco Loco Latte ( coconut & vanilla) and it was delicious and to top it off they made one of those pretty designs with the milk on top. We also talked with the owner and she welcoming and made sure to explain their menu.

Just sat down in this awesome coffee shop. This is going to sound weird but... the lighting inside isn't harsh, it's not cold and it's not hot, music is mild, seating is comfy, and that atmosphere overall is great. Did I mention they have a guava pastry? Looking forward to their coffee!

I'm a coffee lover... latte is my favorite and I've always struggled finding a really good one! I just loved The Perfect Latte! Besides the delicious coffee and croissant we had, the place was super clean, staff extremely nice and the owner is super sweet! Great customer service and delicious coffee are hard to find we will definitely be coming back!

I just stopped in to this new little coffee shop in Richmond, The Perfect Latte. I am in heaven!! The coffee is sublime, the food is delicious but what really sets them apart is the staff that works here. They are so sweet and friendly, very knowledgeable of the coffee they are brewing. BEST COFFEE I HAVE EVER TASTED hands down. The staff is extremely friendly, with an outstanding knowledge of their coffee beans. They always provide great customer service. The Perfect Latte has enough coffee syrup flavors to satisfy ANY coffee drinker's tastebuds. From very light flavor and light caffeination to extremely heavy yet tasty and highly caffeinated, i give this place a 10 out of 10.. A must try!!
