Exquisite tea selection and services! Sunday brunch was magnificent. Our table had five different teas, all varying degrees of smooth, bright, and/or delightful, with the Honey Himalayan green tea being the fan favorite. We were able to get two pots out of most of these with the leaves, and were told we could do a third if desired.

The tea services were presented with obvious elegance and care. The currant scone, honey butter, and strawberry jam will give me many mouth watering dreams to come, I'm certain. Their french toast has a delightfully fluffy makeup with a hint of chai, for those that aren't overly fond of the spices but have a deep longing for French toast.

Just beware the wait times, I've never walked in where the wait wasn't at least 30 minutes; making a reservation is the way to go.

Excellent dinner with tea service! Definitely try the scones with clotted cream. They have an excellent selection of teas. Tonight we had the honey Himalayan green tea. Perfect for a chilly night. Low in caffeine and we got a second steeping out of our leaves. For dinner I had the chicken club and greens. Very tasty and a heathy way to spend the evening.

Happy hour at the Steeping Room is always a good time. We normally always order the Mediterranean plate and bottomless iced teas, and I recently tried the scones for the first time which was delicious! Come here for a relaxing and atypical but great happy hour.

I love the Steeping Room. Perfect place to bring your moms, or catch up with your girlfriends for a relaxing and totally delicious breakfast, luncheon, or tea-time experience. I love trying the many teas that are available and the staff is usually spot-on for recommendations if you're overwhelmed by the selection. The scones are scrumptious, I've tried nearly all the sandwiches with satisfaction, and the high tea is enough to fill two - even with a hearty appetite. Gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly options make it a great choice for those tough to please and limited diet friends as well.

It's always a wonderful place to come to eat and drink the teas. Since my wife has gluten allergies and is allergic to cow's milk, I love that they are allergy friendly. Emily the owner is amazing and always welcome us with such kindness. My wife loves to bring her girlfriends here and they too fall in love with the place.

Great place to relax after walking around the Domain. The staff are incredibly friendly, and will always check up on you for refills, more milk, or more honey. You get a large amount of tea for what you pay for. It's even a local.

Been coming here for 10 years, and make the extra effort to stop by when I'm close. The owners and staff are wonderful. They care about the quality of their food. No idea why people get coffee at Starbucks next door, it's 100x better here. Amazing breakfast, and try one of the cupcakes, you won't be disappointed.

I've been in here for a quick trip to the counter for a lovely cuppa many times, but my most recent trip was my first going in to sit down and get a bite. I had no idea what I'd been missing out on! I took my 19yr old son and one of his best friends, an 18yr old young man, neither of whom knew the first thing about tea. Our server was simply delightful, easing the boys' obvious awkwardness and answering every question knowledgeably and kindly. They still didn't quite get what they were doing, but with a quick unspoken interaction with our server I let them massively over order. For the three of us we had five pots of tea and every variety of milk and sweetener. The boys ordered food that they were over the moon with, and they tucked into learning about and tasting tea from every angle the table afforded them. The Jasmine tea I had was steeped perfectly, and I later added a scone with clotted cream - the best I've had outside of Europe and the boys ordered dessert. We were there long enough for my husband to join us and order dinner. We must've taken up that back table for an easy two and a half hours in total, and at no point were we made to feel rushed, only welcomed and entirely comfortable. It was a wonderful experience all the way around, and I'll be back again soon! Oh, and yesterday, I came downstairs to find my son asking the Google Home how long to steep English Breakfast tea :D

My husband and I ordered the same sandwich with gruyere and horny goat peppers, the bread came toasted but the cheese was served cold. Way too heavy and strongly flavored to enjoy cold. Half the salad leaves were wilted.

Our Dragon Well Tea came overbrewed (bitter).

His father and brother ordered $5.00 oatmeal, which was quite small, maybe 8 oz.

I was embarrassed that we brought my husband's parents here. The food was overpriced and did not even taste good, and they don't even know what they're doing with the tea.
