Thank you for making a not so pleasant birthday absolutely wonderful. Had to drive all the way from

North Carolina to Ohio overnight for a family emergency. Having breakfast at Tim Hortons this morning was amazing. Staff was friendly, food was great and we are (like always) taking some

wonderful Tim Horton’s donuts home to NC! Grateful for this location.

Many cold Girl Scout events made better with the Hot Coco to go. Best thing going for cold kiddos getting their Girl Scout on by marching in a parade or selling cookies (world largest girl led business)

I come here often. Probably once or twice a day actually. The staff at this location are very friendly. They’re very quick as well! I know when I need coffee this is my one and only! I live in a different city but work in Athens and I will wait to have my coffee until I can get it at the Athens Tim Hortons!! Great Job! �

Reuben was a tad dry but not horrible. Love the warm chips! Still working on my yummy raspberry jelly filled donut.

EDIT: The manager contacted me to make it right and customer service on his part was great, so I changed my review from one star to four.



By far the worst food I have gotten there! I got two Paninis and the cheese was not melted at all on either of them. The bread was still soft. I understand being busy, but if you’re not going to make a six dollar Panini the right way… I could’ve just made that at home. I won’t be going back.

The cashier is usually quick to take my order but after that it is slow. The rest of the workers behind the counter still aren't with the program. It's not good when there are 6-8 people standing at the counter waiting for a small simple order ( coffee and a muffin or donut). Any one of those workers could be grabbing those easy orders and getting people out. I'm not being critical of the place. I have been there at least 5-7 times and it is always this way. I am providing feed back in hopes that the place will make it! I enjoy going there to have coffee and a snack with friends. Good luck! I wish you great success!

Haven't had a problem until today when I paid extra for cream cheese and had to scrape to get some on all 4 pieces!

Cashier was friendly and quick, food was good.

Need improvement with completing receipt orders in an orderly fashion. Customers are being served out of order and having to wait longer then necessary.

Every single time I order an ICED tea I get 5 cubes of ice. I ask for lots of ice....I get 6 cubes. Seriously. I really don't want room temp tea.

Third attempt to get a dark chocolate cafe mocha and received water and Swiss miss.... Terrible, also no cup sleeves, so now I get to drink my hot water while trying to not scold my hands! Terrible, location gives Tim Hortons a bad name! Wish I could post pic to show how terrible it really is
