I went here yesterday & this is the worst Auntie Ann's I have been to. My pretezal was hard as a rock & my Dr Pepper didn't taste good. They were very rude & not ready for anything.

Their pretzels are delicious and fresh (sometimes). But the service was slow. I think Auntie Anne's should have two cash registers so the service could go a little bit faster.

Sevice is horrible and the pretzels are always burnt, they are extremely pushy and rude, the staff is always talking about each other and customer and they don't care who hears EXTREMELY unprofessional I will not be going back to this location ever since I saw a fist fight almost break out right in the middle of there store BETWEEN TWO EMPLOYEES. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you're ever in 1801 Beltline Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601, USA, make sure to hit up Auntie Anne'S Pretzels. Their cappuccino was a frothy dream with just the right espresso kick. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and rock 'n' roll playing in the background. It's a coffee time machine.

I had high hopes for Auntie Anne'S Pretzels, but I was left disappointed. The coffee was bland, and the service was lackluster at the 1801 Beltline Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601, USA location. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I'd like to give a shoutout to the incredible staff at Auntie Anne'S Pretzels located at 1801 Beltline Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601, USA. Not only did they craft a beautiful latte with intricate latte art, but their passion for coffee was contagious. It made my visit truly memorable.

My experience at Auntie Anne'S Pretzels was subpar. The espresso was bitter, and the atmosphere felt rushed. It's not the kind of coffee shop where you can savor your drink.

I can't get enough of Auntie Anne'S Pretzels! Their cold brew is positively addictive, and the vibrant, artsy atmosphere at the 1801 Beltline Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601, USA location makes it a fantastic spot for socializing and indulging in excellent coffee.
