I went here yesterday & this is the worst Auntie Ann's I have been to. My pretezal was hard as a rock & my Dr Pepper didn't taste good. They were very rude & not ready for anything.

Their pretzels are delicious and fresh (sometimes). But the service was slow. I think Auntie Anne's should have two cash registers so the service could go a little bit faster.

Sevice is horrible and the pretzels are always burnt, they are extremely pushy and rude, the staff is always talking about each other and customer and they don't care who hears EXTREMELY unprofessional I will not be going back to this location ever since I saw a fist fight almost break out right in the middle of there store BETWEEN TWO EMPLOYEES. Absolutely ridiculous.

I stopped by Auntie Anne'S Pretzels on my way to work, and it was a pleasant surprise. Tucked away in 1801 Beltline Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601, USA, it's a cozy spot to grab your caffeine fix. Tried their cappuccino, and it was on point. The latte art was a nice touch. The café has a simple and laid-back feel, perfect for a quick coffee stop. Will definitely swing by again.

I had high hopes for Auntie Anne'S Pretzels, but the coffee was mediocre at best. The prices didn't justify the quality. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Auntie Anne'S Pretzels at 1801 Beltline Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601, USA has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
