I went here yesterday & this is the worst Auntie Ann's I have been to. My pretezal was hard as a rock & my Dr Pepper didn't taste good. They were very rude & not ready for anything.

Their pretzels are delicious and fresh (sometimes). But the service was slow. I think Auntie Anne's should have two cash registers so the service could go a little bit faster.

Sevice is horrible and the pretzels are always burnt, they are extremely pushy and rude, the staff is always talking about each other and customer and they don't care who hears EXTREMELY unprofessional I will not be going back to this location ever since I saw a fist fight almost break out right in the middle of there store BETWEEN TWO EMPLOYEES. Absolutely ridiculous.

Auntie Anne'S Pretzels at 1801 Beltline Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601, USA is my go-to spot. The flat white is unbeatable, and the staff always remembers my name. It feels like home, and I can't imagine starting my day anywhere else.

I had high expectations for Auntie Anne'S Pretzels, but I left disappointed. The cappuccino was watery, and the pastries were stale. It's a shame because the ambiance had so much potential.

My visit to Auntie Anne'S Pretzels was far from enjoyable. The coffee was lukewarm, and the service at the 1801 Beltline Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601, USA location was unimpressive. I won't be coming back.

Auntie Anne'S Pretzels is my coffee sanctuary in 1801 Beltline Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35601, USA. The cappuccinos are consistently perfectly frothed, and the staff is always friendly. It's the ideal place for a coffee date or some quiet reading time.
