Wonderful staff, and the Beignets and Chicory coffee have the taste of my city of New Orleans!

I am looking forward to their arrival of their second Café in Hughes Road, Madison, AL. It will be less than ten minutes from my home!

Visited from Florida and stopped and had breakfast. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had and the Beignets oh my are delicious. Can't wait to go back in September. ��

The wait staff was awesome. Quick service and friendly. My sister and I went Yesterday for lunch for the first time. Loved the Louisiana bowl and the beignets. I WILL be back for more. I Have to try the ‘dirty grits’!! �

The food is amazing, full of flavor, and we especially love the coffee! The service is always fast and friendly! Our favorite place for breakfast!

The beignets with chocolate gravy was delish! My husband had french toast and I had the chicken salad and fries. We were both very happy with our meal. The place was very clean and the staff were all so friendly.

Stopped by for breakfast this morning with my mother and son. We had beignets, bennycakes, bacon, and coffee. The food was great, and a super value for the high quality! The coffee was fresh and hit the spot. Our server was so nice and attentive, without hovering...just perfect! We love little locally owned spots and can't wait to come back!

My wife and I stopped in last weekend had an amazing time the food is as good as any place in New Orleans love the atmosphere and the staff was amazing the beignets are the best I've had outside of the french quarter. We will most definitely be back the next time we are in town

My first time here. Sampled the jambalaya. Sooo good. Had the dirty grits with 2 eggs over medium. The best I have ever had. My friend had the shrimp n grits. Heavenly. Oh and can't forget the beignets! We had them with chocolate gravy. Can't wait to go back. I want to try everything on the menu! Service was great. Place was clean.

Just went for the first time this morning. The service was fast and friendly. I've always wanted to try dirty grits and they did not disappoint!!! The texture was just right and very flavorful with plenty of chunky sausage and chicken. You also get a nice size portion for the price. Very impressed, will definitely be returning!!

I love this place. I give 5 stars to the following dishes, basically everything I have ever eaten here.

French toast

Strawberry French toast

Egg bakes

Blackened chicken po boy



They recently added country fried steak to their menu. It’s to die for. Especially the gravy. If you are not super hungry get the smaller portion, because the big ones massive. Oh and have a pumpkin spiced latte.

I have been to Beignet Cafe several times and my list of favorites is growing! Of course the powdery beignets are amazing! Dirty Grits have some outstanding heat, just perfect. Biscuits and Gravy, oh my oh my! The Meat Egg Bake was simply perfect. And then the Benny Sundae is the absolute bomb! Heaven on Earth. If you haven't checked it out yet, you must! You won't be disappointed!!!!

I had the French toast and my daughter had the egg bake, we ended up splitting our meals because they were both so good we each wanted the others meal! Great food, great service!!!

Enjoyed lunch at this hidden gem of a cafe for the first time yesterday, and it did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and helpful and were able to get us in and out within the time we had allotted in between appointments. The breakfast BLT on French bread was delicious. I will definitely return.

Brought my friend from Ohio in yesterday for lunch! I know the many menu items that I love, my friend also enjoyed the Beignet and said the fried okra was probably the best she has ever had. The staff was AWESOME and we just had a great lunch! Give me your chicken salad any day! I love it!

Been here a few times for my fix of home town food, and their take is fantastic. Po-boys, jambalaya, and the beignets. Makes me miss home a lot less.

A taste of New Orleans in Huntsville. There are too many good things to describe them all but my favorite is the shrimp and grits, creamy with just the right amount of butter and spice. If you can't get to Cafe du Monde, you can get beignets in Huntsville! Fluffy pillows of goodness. And I always try to get some chicken salad to go for sandwiches later. Good food, good people.

Never got the lemon I asked for with my sweet tea. Took them a few minutes,to scrounge up a fork for me too. Country fried steak was some warmed up frozen thing. The gravy was cold and the green beans were straight from the can. Disappointed.

I am very disappointed in the quality of beignets that I got. More than half of the total order (2.5 dozens) were flat, crunchy like tortilla, and tasted like burn. I got them to give to the day care for teacher appreciation week and also to bring to work. Now I’m super embarrassed after eating a piece myself.

I have visited your cafe many times and have had beignets before but they have never been like this. I hope you are not bringing down the quality of your food by expanding your business to Madison.
