I had high hopes for Big Mountain Coffee Company, but it didn't live up to the hype. The espresso was too bitter, and the pastries were stale. Not a place I'd recommend.

I'm sorry to say that Big Mountain Coffee Company left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the barista seemed disinterested. The overall experience was forgettable, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
