I was less than impressed with Canoe Creek Coffee. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance at the 36245 US Highway 231, Ashville, AL 35953 location didn't live up to the hype. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

So, I ventured into Canoe Creek Coffee in 36245 US Highway 231, Ashville, AL 35953, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
