About Columbia Street Roastery
At Columbia Street Roastery, we consider coffee and what we do with it to be more than just a job. It is about creating a product that we are proud of, as well as one that those who both grew and processed the coffee would be proud of too.
Columbia Street Roastery Description
Our Facebook page gives us an opportunity to share our knowledge of coffee and tea with you. Its important to us that our customers know where our products come from, how are they produced, and as well as how to properly make a good cup of coffee or tea at home.
Another one of our priorities is the education of those that grow and pick the coffee. We are committed to supporting their education by donating 10% of our income from the sales of coffee on our site to the Cup of Education Foundation.
We are proud to provide tours of our operations facilities. If you want to see the roastery for yourself feel free to stop on by. We hold COFFEE CUPPINGS Every 3rd Saturday of Each Month open to the public. Come share a taste adventure with us. We will give you a history of coffee and show you how the climate the beans were grown in and the roasting times and temperatures affect the taste of coffee. If you have never been to a cupping this allows you to taste many of our coffees from around the world and be able to choose your favorite. If you like a private group cupping we are happy to accommodate. Please contact us to set up a time.

Columbia Street Roastery at 24 E. Columbia Ave, Champaign, Illinois 61820 – they know how to brew a mean cup of joe. The cold brew had me buzzing like a bee on caffeine, and the staff was all smiles. Plus, they had a resident cat that I wanted to take home. Coffee and kitty cuddles – what more could you ask for?
