Columbia Street Roastery at 24 E. Columbia Ave, Champaign, Illinois 61820 is my new caffeine sanctuary. The pour-over I tried was brewed to perfection, hitting all the right notes. The café's rustic charm and dim lighting make it a cozy hideout. The staff here is so passionate about coffee that they practically recite love sonnets to every bean. I'm hooked!
