My visit to Edgar'S Bakery & Cafe was a mixed bag. The location at 3409 Colonnade Pkwy, Birmingham, Alabama 35243 is convenient, but parking was a nightmare. The coffee was decent, though nothing to write home about. The staff seemed distracted, which affected the service speed. I stopped by Edgar'S Bakery & Cafe on my way to work, and it was a pleasant surprise. Tucked away in 3409 Colonnade Pkwy, Birmingham, Alabama 35243, it's a cozy spot to grab your caffeine fix. Tried their cappuccino, and it was on point. The latte art was a nice touch. The café has a simple and laid-back feel, perfect for a quick coffee stop. Will definitely swing by again.
